The people at Malouf Lincoln are very professional, courteous and extremely service oriented. They are not pushy, but really work to make sure that the car met my needs and specifications. Andy M. is the best sales person and one of the reasons that I've been doing business with them for many years. Love the car. I bought the 3.0 twin turbo V6. Plenty of power. Rides beautifully, normal, comfort or Sport setting. Loaded with tech goodies. Only 1 week old and I've put over 500 miles on it.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! I delt with Kevin as my sales man. He did not rush us, didn’t hound us, he was polite and courteous the whole time. Dino the lease manager was outstanding also. The reason I hate car buying is the pushy sales man and the no stop calls and you never feel like you matter just the commission is all they worry about. Well please take my advice from the time you pull in to the time you leave you will feel like you are the only thing that matters to them. We went just wanting to look and get all our options for a new suv and not buy. But with in an hour we where so pleased we bought a 2018 Explorer XLT. We are so happy with how we where treated that we will be back next month when my lease is up in the other car and will be making a purchase from them. I will never ever go to any other dealership ever. So if you are looking to buy or lease a new ford this is the place to go!!!

After an exhausting long afternoon of car hunting, test drives and sales pitches blah, blah, blah I made my final stop at Malouf Lincoln dealership and was immediately and politely greeted by (ok I will say handsome too) Sales Consultant James Lennon. He was very professional and courteous as he answered all my questions with great patience and product knowledge. I was quite specific on color and accessories and he immediately steered me to the "right" car that met my needs. I thank you Jim and your sales team for a fun buying experience.
