I went there to get part of my emissions fixed., the service department is always very professional , friendly and efficient. The crew is very nice and does a great job everytime i have been there. I have been purchasing and leasing my vehicles for over 20 years from Malouf. My go to person is Marlo Hirshon and she is an excellent sales person. She is professional, kind, caring and knows her products. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Sal always said he would call me never did. Communication was horrible. Did they work on car I didn't approve. Had the car for 3 weeks. Malouf needs improvement on customer service . Not satisfied at all
