After recently moving to Manhattan from Queens, I contacted this dealership twice about servicing my 2015 Lexus NX: once, on October 1, through their website... and once, on October 7, through their online chat. First time = no one got back to me; second time: chatted with "j" who assured me that, although all service advisers were busy, someone would contact me shortly. It is now October 22, and NO ONE has reached out to me. Inexcusable! So...I am bringing my business back to Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove, where the service department has NEVER disappointed.
Approximately two weeks ago, I had the sheer pleasure of working with both Mr. Rich Velija and Mr. Will Howard. This was the very first time that I have... purchased a vehicle on my own and was really hoping that the Lord would pair me with someone who would honestly assist me in this very important decision of buying a vehicle. Well, that is what exactly happened! Mr. Howard had a pending emergency but took into consideration my request for him to specifically assist me. Thank you so very much, Mr. Howard! I saw the vehicle on the website and it was a very generic-looking picture of the car. I asked Mr. Howard if he could take pictures of the vehicle to give me more of a personal realistic view and in no time I had the photos. When I arrived in NY it was approximately 11:00 a.m., I filled out paperwork/traded in and said goodbye to my Toyota Avalon. At which time, Mr. Howard said, "let's go see your new car"! It was as if the sky had opened up!!! I put my hand over my mouth and began to cry. Mr. Howard gave me a congratulatory hug and all I could say was I love it! I had prayed for years to obtain this particular vehicle and I got what I wanted and then some. It was just a true beauty. I was speechless!! I definitely can not leave out Mr. Velija. He was in constant contact with me on my journey to acquiring my treasure. Even though he was very busy, he made time for my many calls. Lexus of Manhattan is like family to me now. Currently, I am going through a tough time in my life and these two gentlemen definitely added ease and a stress-free welcoming experience. From the bottom of my heart, Mr. Howard, Mr. Velija and LEXUS OF MANHATTAN - You are a true staple of Exemplary Excellence - I thank you!

First, let me begin with my sales person Josue Garcia, he was patient informative and was willing to find the best vehicle that I felt that suited me,... well I decided to purchase a used Lexus gs 350, and I must say that I am very happy with my purchase, let me begin with the facility, all there vehicles are indoors, that is a plus especially in the winter months, they service there used vehicles before they are put up for sale, not just an oil change and filter, they go beyond..... I have been to many dealers not just for myself, but to help friends with there purchase of a vehicle, through my experience Lexus of Manhattan is one place that I felt at ease, no hassle at all, even when I was contemplating with the financial department (Richard) was upfront with all the numbers, I saw first hand what Lexus service is all about. From the first inquiry call I made, to driving away in our new car, the process and expediency was superb. Olga was absolutely wonderful to us. This dealership has no concern for customer service. They were disorganized, had very poor communication and no regard for my time. I even wrote to the... general manager-he never answered me! I would Like to acknowledge my salesman Sherwin Goodluck. He was very polite and tried hard to make up for the ineptitude of the people he worked with. I would NEVER recommend them. After such a terrible experience with this dealership, I went elsewhere and had a wonderful experience where I felt valued and respected-something I did not get here. I felt good buying a car where I was appreciated. Like to acknowledge my salesman sure win good luck. He was very polite and tried very hard to make up for the ineptitude of the people he worked with.
From thinking about which car to get to picking up the car I loved, Warren helped me with the whole process. He made the all the things go very smoothly.... He was very professional but at the same time treated me like family. He is truly an incredible man. I will be back to get my next Lexus from here soon. Disappointed with this new ownership! I called, email and left voice message over four days ago to Warren sales representatives and the general manager... Rich with two stock numbers on vehicle I am interested in. No one response to my message? Guess they don't need my business.
Horrible experience. I saw a vehicle that I wanted online and submitted an application. I got a call back from Warren about the car I was interested in,... I told him that I needed it within a week or so but to update me on when I can pick it up, as I live 2.5 hours each way and need to plan accordingly. He called me later again on the same day and we come out with the finance and payment plans. I asked him when I would be able to pick it up and he said it was at the service center and he would let me know when it's available for pick up and should have an answer the following day. On to the next day and I don't hear back from him, so I email him to let me know the progress of the vehicle and he said it should be there that night or the very next day the latest but he didn't want to promise me anything. I told him that if the car needed to be serviced longer and I wouldn't be able to have it that week, then let me know the truth so I can plan on when to go. I also wanted to see the contract to know that I financed the car and I am just waiting on it to be serviced instead of wasting my time waiting. He told me he would overnight the paperwork and it was signature required, which my husband took a day off from work to wait and nothing came. Every single time I asked when I could Pick up the car, it was the next day or completely ignored my email, calls or text. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist said he wasn't available and she would leave a message and he'll call back later on that day, and he never did. I don't mind waiting for the vehicle as it has all the options I want but I don't like being lied to and strung along. They pulled my credit but yet I have nothing to show for it. I am extremely upset and would like for them to make this right, as I waited a week to get an answer but instead, they just ignore me.
Because of Ari I made my decision to buy car. He understand my budget and made my buying process very very easy. Best sales representatives.

Came in to teat drive and hopefully purchase a Lexus GX460. I was never offered a test drive, They had me come back to appraise my trade in and they obviously... gave me $0 towards it being that they had the nerve to send an email stating that my note would be $1300 for a 2015 GX460. Mind you, credit and income is not an issue for me so there is absolutely no excuse for how I was treated.
