Bad experience with this dealer ! So disappoint
This is located in a great place but unfortunately staffs are not serious at all. I just bought last Friday a Lexus NX450h+ FSport with them and they change the sale price from $61k to 66k (more than $5k) without letting me know and hide the Bill Of Sale that I was supposed to receive when purchasing. The listing price in the showroom was $61 but the add $5k without my consent. It’s only with my insistance tree days after that I received the Bill of Sake and realize the cheating. I sent two emails to the Manager to discuss this matter but no response from him which is unrespectful from a Manager. They don’t know how to treat customers and are less professional. I regret to deal with them instead of Lexus dealer. I just open a case with my lawyer for this to get back my money. Coomlan

Worst experience ever
Sold me a car without having a title. I was told “they couldn’t find it”. Asked how long to find it they said a week. A month later no car, no title. Aaked for my payment back in an expedited manner and was told sure now all communication is ended and no refund. Many instances of unkept promises and outright lies by multiple ppl from general manager down to used sales people. I highly recommend you not use this dealership.

Sold me a car without having a title. I was told “they couldn’t find it”. Asked how long to find it they said a week. A month later no car, no title. I've purchased two cars from Lexus of Manhattan with Mr. Yu. Once in 2019 and once today. Each time he has done done everything to keep a new car buyer like me feel welcomed and like I am not wasting my time with competitive pricing. Lexus of Manhattan itself recently moved, the new location is incredibly luxurious, albeit a bit nerve wracking to drive up to. Mr. Yu himself is everything that defines Lexus; professional, reliable, and courteous. I would recommend anyone looking for a Lexus in the NY Tri-State area to ask for Mr. Yu.

It appears they are selling Used cars as Lexus Pre...
It appears they are selling Used cars as Lexus Pre Certified even though they are not Actually certified. I purchased A 2019 Lexus ES350 Fsport with only 36K miles on it. The rear passenger side door would not open from the inside which I had a mechanic fix it for me. Then the car had Moisture on the passenger side headlight assembly which is very expensive to replace, but I can have someone just silicone it from the inside. Since I put My TLC plates on vehicle, my warranty was voided which I had known from the beginning. So that was the end of it, so I thought. Then I took the car for its first maintenance at a Lexus dealership. They actually film the actual work and they showed me the Air and Cabin filters and they were very dirty. The Cabin filter was beyond filthy. There’s no way that filter should be as dirty as it was from the the time I purchased the vehicle, not even 4K miles. The dealership who serviced the vehicle told me there is no way this vehicle was a certified vehicle. The filters are supposed to be changed and they clearly were not. The Cabin filter was most likely the original filter that was with the car. There supposed to be changed at 15K miles this 1 was never changed. Meaning The service dept at Lexus of Manhattan clearly didn’t do that when certifying the vehicle. Which means that it’s possible That they didn’t even change the oil. I can understand them not wanting to replace the headlight assembly and missing the door problem. But to not even replace filters which cost them maybe $15 is laughable. The Sales dept was very good though. Outside of that, Be careful if purchasing a pre certified Lexus from this dealership. Just because they say it’s pre certified on paper, doesn’t mean the car actually is.
