Just leased a 2025 330xi from BMW of Manhattan.

Just leased a 2025 330xi from BMW of Manhattan. I had the best experience with my salesperson Boyd Canty. He listened to what I was looking for and set me up with a vehicle that checked every box. He was not pushy and respected my time. Super easy to work with. I had an A+ experience with both him and Richard Isaac. Thanks for the sick ride guys! Highly recommend.

Just leased a 2025 330xi from BMW of Manhattan. I had the best experience with my salesperson Boyd Canty. He listened to what I was looking for and set me up with a vehicle that checked every box. I would like to apologize to the bmw of Manhattan adviser Ali he’s been very helpful very respectful his given great service to my vehicle been on point notifying me step by step on the process of fixing my problem I would definitely recommend him as a advisor I will definitely be contacting bmw to always try to get him as my advisor for the future I’m glad I went to him so thank you so much for your services

salespeople are personable.

salespeople are personable. I am the sole driver of the new BMW 430xi coupe and I only go to work and back. I hear a rattle but couldn't find from where. I just had someone sit in my passenger seat this weekend and they tell me the passenger door is vibrating. I stop the car and the interior door is about to fall off. The door should be flush. You can see it's not flush and see the screws inside. The door being loose scratches the leather seat so the seat is peeling. There's also scratches on the middle compartment. I'm disappointed that no one informed me. I'll never go back again

Jason the Salesman/finance made a fraudulent loan(straw

Jason the Salesman/finance made a fraudulent loan(straw purchase) in MY name for a friend of mine. He ran her several times to get her and others a loan on a 23 BMW X1. He ended up doing a fraudulent loan for her in 2 names that he knew weren’t going to be driving the vehicle. He also accepted fraudulent insurance that wouldn’t protect the vehicle in the event of an accident. Wouldn’t shop here

If I could give this place no stars I would!

If I could give this place no stars I would! They have the WORST service department in the world. I took my car to get checked because it started acting weird and they tell me before they can even diagnose it I have to spend almost 2k for a sensor so they can TEST unreal! To only find out when I made a stink about it that that the Service Manager didn’t recommend either. That just told me all I needed to know about this place and the Service Advisor Jonathan’s incompetence! The service advisor is the worst. He wanted to argue me down without listening to me. He had the audacity to tell me he didn’t know where my car was serviced, Really? Maybe you should’ve checked the records before you said that. It was bought and serviced only this dealership. Nice going, way to treat a guy who spent $120k on a car!

after I got off work I stopped by bmw of manhattan to ask some questions in my work clothes not looking like i could afford a used car BMW Genius Stefanos.M answer all my questions i was so impressed because this young man treated me like I was wearing a 20k Tom ford suit and receptionist Tareeka.T showed me the same courtesy . If you are thinking about purchasing a BMW you must visit 57th xx. 11th Ave the customer service is amazing so Awesome I Purchase a 2022 430i with the Sportz package.

I came for a 11am appointment with my family to meet Greg Pol. No one even acknowledged my presence. Reminded the receptionist 5-6 times but she just kept saying to wait. After 46 minutes I approached another employee but he told me very rudely to keep waiting they don't know long it will take. After that I just left.

I recently leased a BMW 330i and couldn't have been happier with the sales experience provided by Boyd Canty. It was a pleasure doing business with Boyd who is honest and has integrity. He was upfront from start to finish. No surprises. I highly recommend you go see him to purchase your next BMW.

BMWoM service is the worst experience I've had with car

BMWoM service is the worst experience I've had with car service/repair. Service advisor was arrogant and incompetent. I needed a replacement key: paid $390 up front, didn't get a working key, still waiting for reimbursement. Asked for brakes and rotors on all 4. They didn't do it, as I learned when I picked up the car--they had it for two days and never informed me: they didn't have the parts! I had time constraints (my wife uses the car every day for work). THey ignored them. Problem with the radio- turned on when I opened the door. Their recommendation: a short in the radio; replace the whole thing for $1800. I fiddled with the buttons and it came right. Still working well. Roadside gyp-joint mechanics make that kind of prescription: make expensive repairs the car doesn't need. Take your BMW to a local mechanic, not the dealer, certainly not this dealer. BBB rates them D-
