Customer service was terrible.

Customer service was terrible. Said they don?t take walk in?s and wouldn?t make an appointment. Drove through to the parking lot, made an appointment for 2 minutes later, drove back to the service department, and was told appointments were just to hold a spot and that it would be an hour to hour and a half. Should not have to wait this long if I have to make an appointment.

I got to the dealership a few minutes early and was seen

I got to the dealership a few minutes early and was seen by the service manager very fast. They had the oil changed and checked my filters before an hour was up. I was so surprised but very pleased.
