Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Had to check on status of vehicle every day. Kept saying a part was on back order. Called customer service and they got the part the next day. When picking up car service advisor stated that they didn’t tell me before but that I would need a battery soon. Got car home and wouldn’t start later in the evening, the battery was completely dead. After further investigation the entire issue with my car could have been solved with a new battery. Don’t think they even checked that, and I know they had to jump it to even move the car because it wouldn’t hold a charge. Very incompetent and do not recommended this dealership.

Ryan Martinez at Kia Messer was professional, accomodating and courteous. If more salesman were like him I’d probably buy more cars. He made it an enjoyable experience.
