    Thank you Connor Hill for taking such good care of us! Cars are so smart now, they are a little daunting. Connor want over everything with me until I was comfortable. He has texted to check up on me so I feel like I can contact him because he is here to help and make sure I am 100% happy. Love my Sorento!

    A huge thank you to Connor Hill and the rest of the kia team. Connor was very nice and took his time to show us the cars for my twin daughters. He explained alot of our questions and helped us buy two cars. Everyone was nice and pleasant to talk too. I'll definately be going back if I need a car and would recommend them to my friends and family. Connor also remembered my twins talking about freshener for when they get off work and he got them both a freshener for their car and sent them a sweet card in the mail thanking them for their purchase.

    Took my sadona in for recall, had a 1pm appointment, was told they couldn't see it for at least one hour. So I am seating at home now wounding why the lady made this appointment. I think sense my car is 8 years old that I will take a chance it will be okay. I also think it would be best to use a independent if I need repairs. Mr Smitherman

    After totaling my last vehicle and being incredibly frustrated with Insurance, coming to this dealership was a welcome respite. A was super worried about dealing with super pushy sales person and just getting even more frustrated, but luckily it was a very pleasant experience. I met with the manager and the Sales Rep Patrick. Let me test drive a vehicle and check it out as well as let me drive a vehicle for a weekend to see if it was something that I really wanted. That alone was a huge help and sold me on my new Soul. When it came to the buying process things went smoothly and they worked with me to help get my payments to a manageable range as well as sell me on a Black Kia Soul. The only down side I would really have here would be that they only had one person who could do the financing that day and they were quite busy so there was long wait. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership. Another awesome point was that Patrick offered a free car wash for me considering the day they detailed my new vehicle it decided to rain for a week straight.

    Took my 2015 Kia Cadenza in for Warranty service yesterday. UVO system found TPMS fault and scheduled service for me. That part of the system works great. It's the dealership that's worse than awful. The service department will not answer the phone. After trying twice in a 15 minute period to get them on the phone, I asked to speak to the GM and he wouldn't answer the phone. After I got the car back the service advisor told me that it was just low tire pressure on all four tires. But what he didn't tell me was that the tech just pulled a fuse and reset the system. I know because the fuse panel was sitting on the floor when I got back in the car at the dealership. When I got home later, I turned the car off and went inside for about an hour. When I went back outside to start the car again the TPMS warning light came right back on. They didn't fix anything. What they did do was over inflate my $900.00 tires to 45 psi. Do not take your prize possession to them for anything. They have a major problem with their service department. This is my 5th Kia, you would think that they would treat their most loyal customers better.

    This past weekend after being unable to get nail damaged tire on my car looked at before 11/2-2 hour wait at Gene Toyota Service, I called Don Smith(KIA car salesman) as I was driving straight over to Gene Messer KIA service repair. Thanks goes to Jerry for getting my car in promptly and for another technician to do a quick check to properly remove and check the tire for safety. In a few minutes I was on my way to an expected appointment. What excellent service there with such a courteous, well trained staff ---even for such a minor situation!
