Silverado Truck

Called for information on Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. Nice looking used truck . it had a great price on it and I live in southern Ohio, so I asked the salesman on the phone to check a few things on the truck and call me back . I was going to buy the truck if the info he gave me on call back was good. But he never did call me back . I waited by the phone all evening but he never called. The next day I got email from Cars.com they sold that truck that day. I was very disappointed with dealership.

New car purchase

I had a very good experience at Taylor Kia of Lima. The salesman Michael Carmichael was very nice and went to all means to put me in a new car. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would gladly recommend Taylor Kia to anyone that I know who is looking to purchase a new car.

Wyatt is the man to see for a new car!

I went in last week looking to see what I was able to get approved for. Wyatt was very helpful through the whole process. Not only was he willing to help me get into a new car but he stayed over 2 hours past his shift with no hesitation just to make sure I got the best experience possible.

Great service

We came in with a budget and a vehicle in mind and Wyatt was able to get us what we wanted and on budget. With such a large inventory we knew Taylor Kia would be able to get us into a better vehicle. With one child and another coming soon we needed a bigger vehicle. We could not be happier. After having been to a few other dealerships recently, I can say that our salesman (Wyatt) was far better and more pleasant than the others. It was an excellent experience.

Disappointed

As a parent I'm really upset with the sales tactics that were used. Fact one my daughter was at the dealership until after a 11pm when I called my daughter and asked if thief could finish in the morning because it was late. The answer was no from the sales person . Fact two the engine light was on the car should have never!!!!!! Left the lot. Fact three they charged her to fix the car a week later. Not happy. My daughter is a single parent who works two jobs and KIA the deal was wrong!

New Car Sale

We went in to talk about buying out a lease and looked at a 2017 Sorento and were able to leave with the Sorento. The staff were friendly and helpful. The loan personnel were friendly and made sure we understood the whole process. When we went back to have a remote start put in the staff once again made sure we understood the processes of the remote starter and were very friendly even though t was the end of their long day.

Justin was amazing from the moment I walked in!!!!

Justin made me first car experience amazing. It was very accommodating and he did everything he could to ensure I left extremely happy which I was!!!!
