Great Experience

Tim Main was great

Tim Main did an amazing job and was not pushy at all. Deserves a raise. Would recommend him to a friend who would want to buy a new car.

Don't waste your time

I drove 60 miles to the dealership to look at a GMC truck that they had advertised on Car Garus and Auto Trader. The asking price was fair for the year if in excellent condition. I drove the truck and found the A/C didn't work and the brakes were bad. The salesman promised he would get it in the next day for repairs and call me when it was done. Three days later I called to see if it was done and he said he hadn't been able to get it in yet but would get it in that day and call when it was done. Two days later he called our home phone and told my wife they needed to special order some parts. She asked him to call me on my cell phone. 10 minutes later he called me and said his manager told him any repairs to the truck would need to be done by the customer - they were not going to repair it. In the mean time, two other trucks at other dealerships I was looking at were sold, so thanks to the empty promises at Taylor Kia in Lima, I missed out. Dishonest salesmen and vehicles that require repair to be roadworthy is what you can expect. I wouldn't waste my time.

Our experience July 26, 2016

It started with the friendliness. Our salesman Dave Eversole was top notch. He answered all of our questions and found us a vehicle we could afford. I'm always sceptacle with purchases like these, but I think this one is going to work. Clear down to the financing, we are happy. Rick and Elaine Miller Cridersville, Oh

Mick was greatly helpful during the whole process. Cozy environment, fast results couldn't ask for anything more. Would recommend to a friend of situation came about.

Excellent Salesman

Our salesman was excellent. He worked hard for his sale, and was personable and compassionate about our particular situation. We have had bad experiences before with Kia before. But today made up for all of that. We are completely satisfied, and would return only to see our salesman again.

Taylor Kia delivers

I went in to talk about my lease ending on my Sorento. Though I hadn't planned on leasing another on that day, everything fell into place and the deal was done. I leased a 2016 Sorento! Mick Kimmel, my sales rep, was helpful. Plan on spending at least a half day at the dealership, however, as this process takes time.

good luck

So i purchased a used vehicle from here and wouldn't wish the overall experience on an enemy. The purchase process was not bad ( of course that's the easy part) when it came to them fulfilling all the service requirements we agreed to that's a whole other story. The service department is incompetent at best and all but said so themselves when the service manager told me I would have to take the vehicle somewhere else to have it "properly" diagnosed and repaired this was after they had it nearly 3 entire weeks and of course they still think they deserve to be paid for wasting my time. the customer service was horrible not one person at this place answers their phone after the point of sale they don't care this place displays every negative charctetistic that creates the stereotypes associated with car sales good luck with your purchase hope it goes better than mine
