I hadn't planned on purchasing a vehicle when I went in. I just wanted to look around and do some pricing on vehicles just in case. Michael Coleman was very helpful and very friendly, and I did end up getting a 2016 Kia Soul Base. Very pretty black vehicle that drove wonderfully. There were only three problems that I had. One was the wait time. Second, I didn't think the Finance gentleman was very friendly, kind of rushed like he had something better to do. And third, I thought I was supposed to get a remote car starter with my new vehicle. But overall, Michael and Jason were very nice and pleasant.
