Great Service
Liz Mansfield was my sales rep. Although she was brand new her knowledge was amazing. Brandon Quinn exceeded my expectations to do whatever he needed to do getting me in my car that night (even staying after close 3 hours). The only complaint I have is that we were asked to sign something handwritten. I'm still not exactly sure what. Overall I LOVE my car and had excellent service. Great job Taylor Kia. I thank you and hope to have this great of service if anything happens to my car.

They treat you good until you sign the line
They treat you good until you sign the line to buy then they act like your a burden and you feel like your on their hook and can't get off, took the 3 hours to do a job in the service department that they said would only take 1 hour, and they had the wrong parts so I have to go back again so I can wait another 3 hours, they didn't even offer a loaner car to use. I would not buy another car from there ever again and dont recommend anyone else to either

Very happy with our purchase experience
We bought our car from Dave Eversole and couldn't be happier. He made the whole experience quick and easy. Service from him after the sale has been great. I would buy another car from Dave at Lima Kia!

Disappointing and confusing
Communications poor for service, and or sales. When attempting to call local phone number it may go to Toledo office where they are poorly informed about Lima's operations. Lima sales people lack knowledge vehicles in general including Kia. Rather astounding! Service department almost never answers their phone and does not respond to messages left for them. Their web access, like most of Kia's, is not user friendly and is short on information.
