My service department representative was amazing! He explained everything to me in terms I understood and calmed my fears about the issue with my car. My only negative part of the whole experience was Laura, the service department person who answered my call and scheduled my appointment. Her manner was condescending, abrupt and off-putting.

Went in knowing what I wanted, 2 hours later I walked out with my new van! Amazing service ! Fast approval! They also cleaned it again and washed it up!

I was looking for a specific car. A C-Max Hybrid Energi. Found what I wanted at a great price. Derek was great coordinating with me and my loan officer. Overnighted documents I needed to sign. My Credit Union and I overnighted check and documents back. Bought the car and arranged transport to Oklahoma. Very happy with my experience with Derek and Tayloe Kia.
