We had the Soul serviced and purchased new car

We also purchased new Sportage the same day, from Russo by recommendation from Rose. This was are 4th Kia that we have purchased, this time we leased it

Kia rio

hands down best service. fast friendly and car was washed cleaned for me too.. I would recommend going there to all my friends and family

Taylor review

The person that calls is from North Carolina which makes things very confusing at first. Then, they are extremely pushy and get upset if you cannot make it in when they first want you to. How do they expect us to pay for the vehicle? I went somewhere else that wasnt so pushy.

Don't bother setting an appointment

I've never had an oil change take over an hour at ANY other location, but with this one (Lima) be prepared to spend over 3 hours there! Doesn't matter if you call in and set an appointment or not. I can NOT wait for the car warranty to expire so I just start doing my own changes!! Save me 2 hours of my life every few months...

Aaron was so helpful. We went in and told him what we wanted and we left with our second choice. Process was long but expected.

outstanding people

Great experience! Although I wish it went quicker it was still great! I also wish I had been offered more vehicles before deciding to choose the one one I did. I could have compared them to choose which better fit me and my needs. But other than that part the experience was outstanding!

Love the car

Brett was awesome at helping me get the truck that I wanted to get. No hassle in payments and was pain free. Would definitely recommend. He will go above and beyond for anyone

Review

I drove around several dealerships looking for a chevy equinox. Came to Taylor Kia and saw a 2012, Brett Longstaff made me a better deal on a 2016. Car is great, buying process was smooth and easy. Ed did the paperwork and was nice.
