I had scheduled a visit from Chicago to purchase a vehicle and the process was easy. The only thing I would have liked different was to receive the previous owner's contact information to learn about the car. The dealership was nice and felt easier to buy a car than from a bigger dealership.

I was hesitant to buy a car from out of my area but Gallery in St louis, mo had just the car I was looking for. I talked to Eric who did a great job describing the car over the phone. He actually called me from his cell phone and walked around the entire car and described every little thing. When I made the trek to St louis I was not disappointed, the car was in even better condition than described. I am very pleased with my car and would recommend them to anyone. Amy in finance was easy to work with too.

Had a wonderful experience buying GX 460 from Gallery Motors. Sales person, Denis was very helpful in all aspects. All staff was great. I would highly recommend these guys for an easy and effective car buying experience. Keep it up!

Customer service was prompt and courteous, but the vehicle (Kia Sportage ES) looked great online, we talked to the dealer on the phone before driving to the lot, but the SUV was a mess. There were SO many repairs that needed to be done (oil leak, broken glass, headlights, broken rear view mirror, brakes) and it smelled horrible, it just got worse as the test drive went on!!

I visited this dealership to view an Avalon. The salespeople were courteous and professional. The vehicles were nice and the facilities clean. I would feel confident purchasing a vehicle here. Unfortunately we couldn't meet on the price but I will consider them for my next vehicle.
