Had a great buying experience. Rick Garofalo and the rest of the staff were friendly, courteous and respectful. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. Rick was extremely helpful in guiding me through the sales process and in making sure I got the information I needed and arranging for me to look at vehicles and test drive them. The rest of the sales staff were also great and explained different warranty options without trying to upsell or convince me to purchase them. I said I wasn't interested and they respected that. I really felt like they were more interested in me as a customer than as a wallet to be emptied. Definitely recommend paying them a visit!

This was BY FAR the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Mike Trent stood out especially for his above and beyond service. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, Mike took the time to listen us and did not apply the "hard sell" tactics that many sales personnel employ. I truly felt like Mike was working for me to match me up with the vehicle that best met my needs and staying within my budget. Mike's outgoing personality as well as his knowledge of the products he sells makes they buyer feel comfortable and at ease. The most uncomfortable part of any car buying experience is the dreaded negotiations. So many times you are at the dealer for 4 hours going back and forth dozens of times. For those who know me, that's not my style. I explained to Mike my disdain for that process and gave him my "magic number" that I needed to be near to make the deal work. He respected my approach, didn't play games and after a little while we were able to come to an agreement that we were both happy with. He actually listens to his customers!! We ended up getting a Dodge Journey SXT AWD at a great price and it suits our family's needs perfectly. Jeff in finance also stood out for his friendly service and professionalism. He took his time to explain everything that we were signing and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He answered every question we had and made sure we got the best rate and terms available to us. He went above and beyond and his efforts are greatly appreciated. When talking about a dealership the question most asked is "would you recommend them to a friend"? Well I did that one better....I actually went back to Mike at Quirk in Marshfield and purchased a Jeep for myself 10 days later. That pretty much tells you the kind of people you'll be dealing with at Quirk in Marshfield...friendly, professional folks who will treat you as they themselves would like to be treated when buying a car. The buying process was among the best if not the best I have ever had. All personnel were friendly and not over bearing, from the no pressure test drive to the friendly sales person to financing manager. After a deal was reached and the sale was complete, the staff continued to be friendly, even the General Manager thanked me and talked for several minutes. In my experience, this is not always the case at some dealerships. I highly recommend Quirk Chrysler and Dodge in Marshfield, MA.

I had a really great experience with the guys. They were friendly and helpful and always there to awnser my questions. I got an orange crush 2013 Jeep Wrangler, The Jeep of my Dreams!!!I am even going back to get some running boards to make my jeep complete in a coouple of weeks. I highly recommend these guys. They will do great at matching a price and give you the highest value for your trade in.. Yhe whole process was Quick and totally Painless.. 8)
