The service advisor, Peter Hernandez, worked with me to schedule the most important maintenance services that what I could afford on a very tight budget. Next month I look forward to his advice again to have a complete maintenance plan for the rest of the recommended maintenance.

Had warranty work outstanding for over 7 months. I met Virginia Church. She did something the last 3 advisors couldn't do. She filed the correct paperwork to obtain a pair of parts that no one had on the shelf. She got the parts, got the tech to rally to install. My GMC Sierra Elevation is back to her normal acceleration and fuel range. Virginia provided excellent communication and did what she said she would do. No promises...she committed.
