I couldn?t believe my appointment was taken care of in a timely manner. Usually it will be like a doctors office, show up on time, and wait for hours

I felt like Ahmed was beyond amazing in working with me

I felt like Ahmed was beyond amazing in working with me once I told him what I wanted and my budget. He went above and beyond to find the car that was right for me and gave me updates through the process. I had gone to 3 other dealerships, but I felt like it was a waste of time until I went to this one and was helped by Ahmed. Best deal out of all the dealership and the customer service was top of the line. I wouldn?t go to any other place but this one to buy a vehicle.

Had warranty work outstanding for over 7 months.

Had warranty work outstanding for over 7 months. I met Virginia Church. She did something the last 3 advisors couldn't do. She filed the correct paperwork to obtain a pair of parts that no one had on the shelf. She got the parts, got the tech to rally to install. My GMC Sierra Elevation is back to her normal acceleration and fuel range. Virginia provided excellent communication and did what she said she would do. No promises...she committed. This is the Professional Grade I love about my GMC dealer.

The Service Dept.

The Service Dept. is an absolute nightmare to deal with or get ahold of. You can call and call and call…no one will answer or return any of your calls. When they say they will. Parts is somehow worse. So other than Joeys team in sales, this place is a dumpster fire when it comes to customer service or giving a crap.
