Hertz Car Sales Clearwater

I was shopping around for a new car since my car quit on me. I had met a with a credit union to get a loan to buy a car from a guy on Craig's list, but I was denied. So I was stuck in limbo with no credit and a few outstanding bills when a friend referred me to Hertz. I decided to give it a shot. My girlfriend and I rolled up to the lot, and were met by a friendly fellow by the name of William Hamilton. He goes by Bob or Bobby. He was honest and straight to the point, which I like. I had dealt with my fair share of shady dealers, and I was very apprehensive, but he eased my worries. The buying process was quick, but it didn't feel rushed. He was sure to carefully explain everything to us in the simplest terms, and any concern we had with the car, he quickly fixed. We didn't meet much of the other staff, but they seemed very nice in passing. All in all, I was very satisfied with the experience. It was quick and easy, and there's no reason it should be any more complicated than that. I was EASILY suggest Bob to a friend, and if i need another vehicle at some point, I'm going to him. If anyone reading this goes to see Bobby, make sure to talk to him about the cow on his desk! Thanks for everything, Bob!

No high pressure or attitude. He listen to what we said and he help find a car that fitted with what we told him we were looking for. The price was right and we got a good deal. Bobby was fully knowledgeable of the cars that we looked at. I would highly recommend Bobby for your next car!

Overall Bob Hamilton did a great job and got my husband and I into a car in a short amount of time. He was professional, friendly and made the car buying easy and relaxing. I highly recommend this dealership...great price and great service. The facility needs a little work to accommodate clients, it seemed a little run down.

I called Salesman William Hamilton before I arrived to make sure the car I wanted was still there. I walked in the door and William greeted me by name. We took the car for a test drive and he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and knew the history of the car. I had my own financing pre-approved but the dealership matched my credit union's rates so I went with them. The car was detailed for me while I waited and all the staff were very friendly and there was no pressure. I am very pleased with my purchase of my 2013 Challenger and will buy another car from them in the future.

I have not had a car in 6 years. I would not lie to say I was nervous about hungry car sales persons. At Hertz of Clearwater, it was not what i was expecting. Their was no pressure, no crafty dealing, and 'Bobby" was super stand up! when my loved on and I met him, he told us take our time there is no hassle, no pressure. He was true to his word. He asked questions was super amicable and I had a new ride in two days. throughout the process they even stayed open a little late for us to make sure we were taken care of. if every car dealership was like them buying a car would be so much easier. Thanks Bobby and staff I will definitely be back. Proud new owner of a sweet Impala!

The vehicle price was as stated on the internet. I did not find any hidden fees. Salesperson "Bobby" was helpful in answering our questions.
