Made an appointment for oil change. My car was pulled into service at scheduled appointment time. My service advisor was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about my service contract I had purchased from Legacy Toyota. My car was out of service at a reasonable time.

A lot has changed but it is still the best. I have had the same service advisor for years and he (Frontis Green) makes sure I I am satisfied before during and after my service is completed.
