Best and easiest purchase experience ever!!!

I went to Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep when Jeep’s Wranglers were not easy to get. I had visited 3 other Jeep dealerships in The Valley and they all were wanting to charge me $5,000.00 over MSRP. But when I arrived to Larry H Miller it was different. I ended up ordering my the Wrangler with all the options I wanted and was only charged MSRP plus whatever options I decided to add to the vehicle. The sales floor made it super easy for me to purchase the vehicle of my dreams. Also I want to give a 5 star review for the finance manager Aurelio Gonzalez, he made finance the fastest, and easiest transaction ever!

GO ELSEWHERE

They messed up by telling me my new car had uconnect capabilities and after the purchase and all, realized it didn't. Their response "there's nothing we can do now".

Month Delay

My concern was the lack of follow up, my phone calls were never returned, I had to visit the dealer to get updates or get basic info on the status of the car. The part was on back order, I was told I would get the car back on Monday but ended up being another week after that.

Dont Buy a Jeep Cherokee

We bought a 2020 jeep Cherokee we thought we got a good deal and we didnt. Got the car in September 2020 and in December of 2020 the car was shutting off on me when I was driving it took it in and it had no oil. Come to find out the jeep Cherokee are going threw a law suit in California. These car are not safe and they dont tell you this when u purchase this car. And they dont wanna help us get out of this deal when the car is not safe.

Bad Service

Eric, Per your reply to my Google review on the exceptionally poor service I received from Larry H. Miller. I called and left 3 voice mail messages too have you call me at 5475. . You seem to be unable or unwilling to discuss this matter further. I find this most troubling. Over the past 5 years my family and I have purchased 1 new 2014 Jeep and spent countless thousands of dollars on your services. Clearly you do not value or respect our patronage… This last service cost over $860 dollars not including the $110 we spent on towing. The technicians job was to just fix the hi idle on our brand-new 2.5L short block. Per Mike the technician started and stopped the jeep over 15 times and it held the idle. When I dropped the jeep off it started without effort. As I informed Mike from your service team this block was not yet broken in and to proceed cautiously to prevent damage. We received the jeep back after 2 weeks. My son started the jeep and drove it very slowly less than 75 yards from your service counter. When he took his foot off of the gas peddle the jeep stalled and would not start again…..I called Mike and he refused to have it towed back for service and no refund for the shotty work would be provided. So we removed the belt and plugs and it still would not turn over. We tried barring it over utilizing the Harmonic balancer bolt but it would not move. I removed the fresh oil and dropped the oil pan. The attached pictures tell the tale. The constant starting and stopping of the new long-block by your technician caused catastrophic failure. I am not only out the 2 weeks it spent in your shop but also the 5 days my son and I spent installing the motor in the jeep. Additionally the $860 spent on service….. Perhaps now in some small way you can begin to understand my frustration and my sons disappointment with the Jeep brand and Larry H. Miller….. I await your response. Sincerely, David

Go somewhere else!

Be very cautious here. I should have taken my time looking through reviews before hand due to the outcome. The staff seems very friendly at first which is welcoming but once the deal is made don’t expect much else. Got into a 21 wrangler and had to take it into service the very next day. Supposedly is was leaking oil which turned into it needing more than just a gasket. This deal turned sour quick and now I am without my brand-new vehicle for what could be over a month. The service dept is not getting my money to fix it so of course they could care less how long it takes. It’s a new 2021 I don’t care what any of these people say. You go and buy a new vehicle to not have any issues for a while. don’t plan to ever provide any business to this place again. A huge stress it has turned out to be which should not be the case for any consumer. If you have had good luck it would have been nice for the same, but these people don’t care in the end.

Amazing Service

Raymond is amazing! He always gets me in and out and is very personable. If you are getting your Jeep serviced Raymond is definitely your man. He never tries to up sale you and is very knowledgeable.

Incredible Experience and Great Value

Cesar and Anthony made it happen! Great experience from top to bottom. Knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure, and genuine. Dealership was spotless and inventory was great! Highly recommend!
