Had a great experience with Carlos Galvan who helped me even with my not so good credit get into a brand new car. He was very helpful and very different then other places. Their was never any pressure and everything went smooth. I recommend this dealership to everyone

Humiliating Experience
This experience was humiliating and I had to write about it I'm not sure if they only post the good reviews but mines would not post to their website. I was approved for a car (well so I thought) I was set to pick up the car I was told set up insurance (done) the car was being detailed I got emails about all the features turned on. My appt went all the way left. I waited and waited which was a sign something was not right. My sales person Erasmo Quirino and his manager which I didn't get his name but he was very rude about the whole thing that was going down. Come to find out the income they reported was not accurate the bank needed proof. I didn't report I had that type of income so therefore I had no proof. So it left me out of a car because of false information given to get the sale. So everything that was set up was now all a big slap in the face!! I left out in tears this was the worst experience ever to actually be told your car is ready then get there to pick it up and you leave with nothing and still have no idea why this happened or how it could of happened! The manager didn't even apologize or show his face after but was all in my face when I walked in shopping for a car. Don't believe anything about numbers approvals anything until you get the last say from the bank! This dealership is not honest! No sympathy!

Poor service
The service here was poor. It took a lot longer then it should have. I had to chase them down for days, just to get an update. The visit I had before this, they said I needed work that was not even correct. So they are either completely incompetent or a crook. Nonetheless I will not be using this place again

They repaired the miss fired cylinder
They made us fill very secure and were very homiest ,the repairs came out great we are very satisfied and now we know we’re to go in the future

Great customer service.
Great experience. Nice sales person (Ronnie). Sales manager was nice too. Not pushy, willing to negotiate. I love the service department here, which is why I went there to buy a car.

Disappointed
Mr. Larry Ortega (GM of Larry H Miller Avondale Jeep) I had the worst attempted car buying experience a person could ever have. From the beginning I told my salesperson unless they were willing to go a certain percentage off the MSRP I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. He agreed it would be a waste of both of our times and agreed to my expectations after verifying with the powers that be. After numerous hours of working on my getting what I expected for my trade and the percentage off the MSRP, I was told “My Transmission was shot” and “I don’t want your trade” and “Nobody will want my trade”. I then thanked the Salesman’s Lead Manager for giving me the very important information about my pristine 2012 BMW 750I with 60k miles on it because in order to make such statement I was certain he was a qualified Master Mechanic with the knowledge and experience to diagnose my vehicles issue without even opening the hood. To top it off he wouldn’t honor the committed percentage off of the MSRP he agreed to from the beginning….there went several hours of my time after being lied to in numerous ways. I took my vehicle to the BMW dealer who was the only person to service that vehicle….they quickly recommended a coil change (cost of coil under 80.00). The strangest thing ever is…..Larry H Miller Surprise now owns my business and they also gave me what I was asking for my BMW. There are times when Management has to delivery sensitive information to customers that they don’t like or want to hear….My feedback to the GM …Mr. Ortega is to coach your employee’s to not make false statements EVER, and to practice how to deliver a messages to customer’s with respect and dignity. As a GM for a different type of business in Phoenix I have always coached my upper management to never lie to customers and always treat them with respect even when trying to deliver a message they may not want to hear my hopes are you will do the same.

Scammers
Run as fast as you can away from this dealership.I have never had more of a high-pressure sales experience in a car dealership than I had with this place. I love how they play a Christian radio station in the background as they are completely taking advantage of you. Nice touch ! If you like being ripped off and held hostage for an entire day this is the place for you! Horrible horrible experience....

Professional and organized
My sales rep Alex was awesome. He was more than happy to answer all questions, polite and professional. My credit isn't the best - however - he treated me no different and did not make me feel bad about the it. Great experience.
