Was told to pay a diagnosis to see what THEY broke

I was literally told that I have to pay over $100 for them to figure out what THEY screwed up to begin with! Unbelievable... Scheduled a diagnosis, with Mike Veselik, to see why my convertible top wasn't working and realized, when I pulled into the lot, that I'd forgotten to empty the trunk. So I popped the trunk before getting out of the car, rearranged a couple things, closed it, then opened it again (with the fob) because I'd forgotten something, and go check it in. I get a call the next day that it's ready, and the pump motor for the top is burnt out. No problem, good first trip. Picked up the car that afternoon, because we were leaving town for the weekend the next day. That evening I go to get stuff from the trunk for the trip, and the trunk won't open with the fob. Try the button inside the cab, and still nothing. So I called the following day (Friday), explained what was going on, and scheduled to come in Tuesday, when we were back in town. Brought it in at 8:30am; around 1pm, Mike calls saying that all the wiring the mechanics checked initially is all still connected, and if I want them to look at it further, I will have to pay another $128 diagnosis fee. Mike didn't even try to talk to me when I came to pick up the car, just handed me a receipt to sign, and my car key

Terrible

My car was taken over for a service Friday and now there's two huge oil stains on my drive way. My husband set up the 3 oil changes and tire rotations with them since he'll be deploying soon. Now I'm upset he did that because I would hate to bring my car back to this place.

Jeep Wrangler Service

Very personable staff. Service done as needed in reasonable time. Overall checkup was performed and I was advised as to what should be done on next service cycle. Very satisfied with service!

Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee

The team was helpful in helping me trade in my used car. They gave me various options so I could find a payment plan that worked for me. The finance department was the quickest I've ever dealt with. They were even able to find me a lower interest rate the following day.
