Ideal purchase experience!

Ideal purchase experience! We were looking for a Jeep that had the cool factor (we have a home near the beach) and also had great gas mileage. The dealership guided us through options, but the BEST part, is that they called us when incentives were all aligned. Result, we were able to purchase a Wrangler 4xe with a nicer trim option (Unlimited) than we had expected. The trade-in process was very simple and we got $1,500 more for our sedan than we had expected. We opted for home delivery and the dealership also arranged pickup of our trade. This was a pretty simple process and communication was great. A few days after receiving the vehicle, and then a month later, we received a follow up call asking if we had any concerns or needed help learning how to take the detachable roof off. Yes, I plan to purchase my other Jeep Grand Cherokee at this store as well in the near future.

I had amazing experience with Sandra.

I had amazing experience with Sandra. She’s a great salesman. She doesn’t try to throw you all these pictures. She shoots it to you straight. I came out with a 2025 gladiator very excited about it and I’m thankful that she was my salesman.

This will be a detailed review.

This will be a detailed review. I intentionally waited 30 days to see if there would be any resolution, but unfortunately, there wasn’t. Collierville held my Jeep for over 30 days, totaling 6.2 hours of labor. Parts availability wasn’t an issue either. I had made an appointment weeks in advance to have my vehicle serviced due to a check engine light, perceived suspension issues, and to address a known recall. When my wife dropped off the vehicle, she was informed that the battery technician had emergency surgery and wouldn’t be back for two weeks. Consequently, we had to leave the vehicle at the dealership to secure our spot in line. As a result, I was directed to Jeep Wave to inquire about a rental. The service I received from Jeep Wave was excellent. I waited approximately 2.5 weeks before calling to get an update, only to be told that the work hadn’t been completed because a technician had been fired, and they couldn’t find the necessary paperwork. I requested a follow-up call with Tony, but it never materialized. Frustrated, I visited the dealership and spoke with Tony. He informed me that they couldn’t fix the check engine light until the recall was performed. I explained that I was paying out of pocket for the rental and requested an estimated time for the repairs to help me budget for the rental I was incurring. During the same meeting, I also informed Tony that I work before the dealership opens and don’t leave until after they close, so I try to manage my expectations accordingly. When I inquired about the suspension issues, he stated that they would be covered by my service contract. I provided him with the necessary information to the service contract company at that time. I requested a phone call to receive updates on the status of the claim, but I never received one. A week later, I called to follow up and was informed that the recall had been resolved, as well as the check engine light issue. Tony then proceeded to ask me for the phone number of the service contract company, but I reminded him that I had provided it to him a week ago. Frustrated, I gave Tony the number again and requested a phone call to get an update. I believe this was on a Thursday. Once again, I didn’t receive the call as requested, so I called the following Monday. When I spoke with Tony about the status of the claim, he told me they hadn’t emailed him back and would follow up with me. But the follow-up never happened. Now, I have no confidence in anything Tony tells me, so I called to speak with a service manager, but they didn’t have one. I had to wait until my next off day to go to the dealership because now, when I called, no one answered. For clarity, I dropped my Jeep off on January 27, 2025, and I showed up on March 7, 2025, because I couldn’t get Tony to return a phone call. I walked into the service department and spoke with a young lady who put me in Tony’s office. In his office, I saw my keys sitting in his chair. He finally came back to his office to tell me that the repairs were done. I sat silently and let him finish up the paperwork. After he was done, he took me to the cashier to pay the deductible and left without apologizing or expressing any appreciation. As part of the repairs, a 4-wheel alignment was done. After driving it for a couple of days, I noticed something didn’t feel right. At this point, I was extremely uneasy about taking my vehicle back to the dealership for any additional service. So, I scheduled an appointment with an independent suspension specialist to inspect the vehicle. I was informed that my Jeep was severely out of alignment. I was also provided with a printout of the adjustments that needed to be made to correct the issues. Needless to say, I will never go back to Collierville CDJ again. I will also be contacting Jeep Wave and the service contract company to discuss whether they should be reimbursed for services that don’t appear to have been completed.

I have read the reviews on this dealership and I TOTALLY

I have read the reviews on this dealership and I TOTALLY AGREE !!!!! Cameron was so impressive and very businesslike & honest!!! When my husband and I went there on the morning of Jan 20, 2025 it was very cold outside. We didn't have our coats so Cameron took us out to the lot and he left his coat on his chair. That showed me he wasn't going to dress warmer than his customers. He is very considerate! We originally planned to buy a used Jeep Cherokee but wound up purchasing a brand new 2025 Grand Cherokee Limited!!! Bradley in finance was so friendly, we felt comfortable talking with him! He was very informative and advised us on warranties and insurance coverage. Our neighbor told me that he bought his dodge truck a while back from wolfchase and they weren't very friendly! That won't happen at Collierville Dodge Jeep Ram !!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS !!!

The salesman Tyler didn’t do me wrong he gets his

The salesman Tyler didn’t do me wrong he gets his information from the garbage technicians. If you have money to spend and want to get screwed over this is the perfect place to go to, they don't do anything but take your money and waste your time, they claim they will call you back but never do they just send to in loops by the time you're done you will have had to talk to every employee in the whole facility. Takes them forever just to find out what's wrong with your vehicle that's not even considering them taking action to fix it. Here I am making payments on a vehicle and paying for the insurance and can't even drive the dang thing long enough to get my moneys worth. Trucks been broke down more than I have been able to drive it.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A VEHILE HERE, let me save

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A VEHILE HERE, let me save you the headache DONT. Tyler (the sales person) was great, so this is not against him. This dealership is just an absolute joke. After purchasing my vehicle it took almost 3 months to get my plates. I called the dealership several times asking for an updated on this since my drive out tags were expired and they refused to give me an updated drive out tag. Come to find out, they sent the information to the clerks office to get my plates but sent them all the wrong contact information, and even the wrong address. The dealership did not send them any of the correct information for them to complete everything they needed. I called the dealership and was rudely hung up on twice by the same receptionist. On my third attempt she answered the phone saying I’m transferring you to the sales manager. The sales manager had no way to help. I ended up having to take off an entire day of work and run around town collecting documents for the clerks office to be able to get my plates, all while driving on expired drive out tags. So unless you want to do all the work yourself, go somewhere else.

Third vehicle purchased from my hometown Dodge/Jeep

Third vehicle purchased from my hometown Dodge/Jeep dealership in the last eight years. Must say the new owner is making strides trying to make things better. Worked with Tyler C. Buying a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys. Seamless transaction. Called him at 330 pm to set up a test drive. Showed up at 350 pm. Closed the deal and was out of there by 6 pm. This is the 22nd car I’ve bought in my lifetime and by far the fastest and easiest transaction ever. I highly recommend Collierville Jeep/Dodge.
