Kerry was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable as car buying has changed since the last time we purchased a new car. He did not blowup my phone calling incessantly. This is second purchase from this dealership and we will buy again from them. In the past we would travel to Dallas of Atlanta to get a better deal.

Awful experience. Worst offer on trades. Not an easy E shop transaction. New Vehicle had some damage when delivered. Would not recommend these guys!

Incompetence Gradeschool Behavior
Was told it needed a module got it didn’t fix it. Told I needed another different module got it didn’t fix it. A month goes by w/o any return calls. Now told needs another module but on back order. I look around locate in town. So I’m guessing this is not normal for any shop much less a supposedly dealership. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

We got excellent service from Jermaine and got a fair price. I do not think that we got the best financing option. We will have to go through my bank and a bunch of hoops to get the correct rate for this vehicle. My son is establishing credit and I co-signed for him. Other than the financing, it was a great experience. I would buy another vehicle from Collierville, but it would be with cash or my bank. Thank you, Lee

Worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Waited 2 1/2 months for a buckle. It would have been longer but I finally suggested trying another channel or business - within 30 minutes one was found at Napa. I was charged $1,000 even for that one part. Interesting number. Then they lost the keys. The Jeep in question sat there for 2 1/2 months and no one touched it or tried to start it. It was not washed when completed, I was not offered a discount or apology. A gasket on the outside door handle fell off when we opened the door. Simply got a Merry Christmas - I guess expecting us to be thankful. I understand supply chain or employee issues but this was ridiculous and incompetent. I will never go back and will tell others not to go there either. Tom Oldham
