Not the most organized operation, and each person you talk to aren't properly aligned and contradict each other regularly. My original and final sales person was good, but generally wasn't the decision maker in any case so every step taken to ensure a smooth process was basically a waste of time because he hadn't gotten approval from his leadership. Basically wouldn't re buy from them even if the car was cheaper. Everyone knows to shop with your personal bank that you have a relationship with, apparently this was news to them when I have a pre approval from my credit union. Followed all of their steps for paperwork, stayed in contact, had the bank send them the check, tracking number, and my loan terms (which they didnt need) coordinated the travel to get car, only for them to add additional "hoops" after I send my ID. They asked to run my credit again and get a "back-up" contract in place. I asked why none of these requirements were told to me in the 1st 3 days of organizing this, and basically I was told that some other person stole a car from them, the previous manager was fired because of it and now anyone from out of town would be frowned upon. Unfortunately more effort was put in to explaining this inconsistent and borderline hostile treatment than actually trying to take care of the customer. If you have a dark "tan" or "tan" easily I would probably look elsewhere for a vehicle. Great service up until I sent my ID, not sure what would have changed, to cause the the 180 , but I got my car and Im happy now. Mario is a great salesperson and he did try and save face a bit, but the service from the rest was probably worse than an NYPD Detective going through their second divorce- bad.

I bought a car yesterday off of Jacob‘s Mitsubishi Michael, who is running the dealership as a very nice gentleman, and accommodated me with all of my needs. The salesman Mario is such a very nice gentleman. I can’t say enough for this dealership and the team players at Jacobs Mitsubishi, I highly recommend the dealership
