DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THE AUTO SOURCE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. We were told by lying Ron that they would service the airbag light that was on at purchase since it is a safety issue. Two days later I called lying Ron to set up a service appointment he tells me to wait because the technicians are not available at this time due to the corona virus. So I wait a week and then told the same thing, wait another week and told the same thing. we have been given the run around and basically pushed away and ignored. Now lying Daryl the manager is telling me too xx bad it’s not our problem. I am now contacting the Better Business bureau and the state attorneys office to file a complaint!

Dear Mr. Jones: Thank you for reaching out to us. You purchased a 2007 Saturn Outlook with 109k mikes for $5900 on March 10, 2020. Normally we do not sell these type of vehicles due to age and mileage, but made an exception because it was traded into us by a previous customer. You signed all paperwork with your wife and were advised that the airbag light was on. You signed an As-is statement on this vehicle and you also signed a we-owe form regarding the repair. The form stated: Vehicle is sold as is. There will be no work performed after the sale of the vehicle. Repair the air bag light. It also stated I hereby accept this We-owe with the understanding that it is valid for only 30 days from the date of issuance (March 10,2020) and that I must make an advance appointment with the service department before the work can be performed. You did call at the end of your 30 days and at that point the Coronavirus Pandemic was in full effect in Orlando. Our 3rd party vendors/ mechanics were not working and we were unable to get your vehicle repaired. You stated you would call us back. You then went silent for almost two months. We have not heard from you until approximately the second week in June. Again, this is 3 months after the sale. We advised you that we would rebate you $200 for the repair and apologized. Again, the pandemic now is worse than it was in March/April and again most vendors and ourselves have Skelton crews working if they are working at all. In good faith, we offered you a $200 rebate for your inconvenience at the conclusion of the 30 day period . This was not good enough for you and quite frankly your banter with our staff was unprofessional. We can not control the Pandemic and can not control when people go back to work. As stated above - you had 30 days for the repair and it is well past that contractual obligation. We feel we have done everything In Our power to help you and even offered you more than required. We wish you all the best. Kindest regards - Heidi S. Ferdinand, Dealer Principal

One price shop

He tried selling me a car with 100k miles with a timing belt about to snap and didn’t want to help get it repaired or give me a deal

Dear Roc- Thank you for your feedback on your dealership experience. The 2014 Cadillac ATS that you were interested in actually does not have a timing belt it has a timing chain. This vehicle has been through a inspection and passed by an ASE Certified technician (as all of our cars are) - No timing chain repair needed. We are a one price store, which you might not have understood. Not sure if you are maybe confusing us with another dealer. Thanks so much for your input. Kindest regards - Heidi S. I'm definitely going to come back to this dealership to purchase another car. Ron was amazing. He didn't keep us here all day. He worked with us and showed us exactly what was the best deal for our situation. He answered every question, every email, and every phone call. I have never experienced car buying of this caliber. Thank you to Ron and The Auto Source for making the purchase of my son's first car an absolute breeze!

No high sales tactics

Came to dealership after reviewing the Mini Cooper Countryman S from Carfax. Ron Sottovia was the sales person who attended me. He was cordial and gave no high pressure sales as we went on a test drive. The car was clean and photos proved everything Carfax and their website posted. I left and returned the next day with questions. Ron answered them and even took the time to help me figure out Bluetooth pairing to my phone by calling Mini. I would definitely recommend The Auto Source Inc dealership and Ron Sottovia.
