My 2011 E350 Mercedes Benz

I arrived at The Auto Source Inc and found the automobile I had been looking at over the internet, to be in pristine condition! This car is CLEAN! My sales adviser, John Gowan represented himself, as well as the company and car with respect and dignity! Great experience!

2014 Jeep Wrangler

Called to seeifJeep was available and spoke to salesman Scot and made appointment to see vehicle. We have been shopping for weeks and loved the look and price of the car. Drove, financed, and was all done in a hour. Simple an easy and we will make this next time we buy a car.

Mr. Customer

while I do not have any great issues with the auto purchased- the staff is mostly unprofessional- the car had a smell to it- they said they would take care of that- never happened- I asked for a 2nd key- they didn't have one- but told me I can buy one for $8 - this from a guy who said he managed a Honda dealership- the key from Honda was $280- I ended up getting one from a lock smith for $190. They NEVER bothered to tell me I had to drive 30 miles round trip and pay $10 more than the $198 already paid for a title/transfer- after I called them 3 times and never got a response from anyone a the dealership.I won't reccomend them or do business with them again!

Dear Bill: I am in receipt of your letter and have also read you review. The vehicle you purchased was a 2010 Honda Pilot that we recently just got it. We did meticulously go through the vehicle, but unfortunately we are human and could of missed a few items that could of been cleaned further. We would be more than happy to go back through your vehicle and do a complete interior clean if that would make you happy. I'm really confused on why your letter was so aggressive in nature. I've been told that you were in the car business and if so, you would known that an owner or General Manager would help rectify problems from the beginning. To go on and on that we are "USED CAR SALESMAN" doesn't really fix the problem. I'm not quite sure how long it has been since you have been out of the car business, but all Titles in the State of Florida are Electronic. They are getting away from Paper Titles. This is not an Auto Source initiative - this is the State of Florida. The State of Florida should of only charged you $4.50 for a paper title. If you asked for a duplicate title the fee would of been $87.50. Sounds to me that the DMV owes you a refund. Again, this is not something that we can control. Used vehicles are again used vehicles. We provide our customers exactly what we receive when we trade or purchase them. If we only provided you one key - that is because that is all we had. Our team, was only helping to advise you on what we have paid to get duplicate keys made on comparative vehicles. Again, I apologize if we were not more transparent at the beginning and end of sale for you. If you would like to have your interior of your vehicle cleaned again, I will be more than happy to set up an appointment for my team to take care of that by the end of this month. To purchased a car for my niece.

John has the customer service skills needed in this type of business.He answered all my questions and made the process to purchase a vehicle very easy. I will recommend this dealership to a friend. I felt very comfortable purchasing this car. The buying process in this dealership was extremely easy. My niece is very happy to the vehicle. The vehicle looks great and the price was incredible.
