Great car buying experience

Customer service was great! Tyler was very helpful and assisted us throughout the entire process. Tyler was so very helpful and never put any pressure on us to make a quick decision. We definitely will be looking for our second vehicle with Auto Source!

Great Experience

I flew out from PHX and purchased a truck from The Auto Source. I'd been shopping for three months, and they had the truck I wanted at the best price in the country. Tyler picked me up in a Black Mercedes, ran me to the bank, and I was out of the dealership in an hour and a half. They also drove the truck to Orlando Dodge dealer for the pre-buy inspection, and insured everything was ready to go when I got there. Rob the owner is a no nonsense guy, all of our communication regarding the truck was direct, and to the point. I know I got a fair deal because I went through the same song and dance with three other dealers from around the country. I feel like buying a vehicle online you have to rely on the reputation of the dealer, and I was not disappointed through my experience.

Xterra

Walked around the lot no one approached us Walked inside no one said anything to us Finally saw the guy i called told i was coming Walked into his office and he was nice until i asked him about the oil leak under the truck. Then i was told there was a deposit on it already. He never tried to show me anything else or get my number or ask any questions. That car is still for sale.

Dear Caine Family: So sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasurable experience at our dealership. Saturday is our busiest days of the week. Our vehicles do sell very quickly (especially cars under $10K) and it was unfortunate that you did not leave a deposit on your prior visit for the 2004 Nissan Xterra. We did have a customer put a deposit on the vehicle and offer to purchase it from us prior to you bringing your wife back. On your initial visit our team asked if you would like to leave a deposit and you declined. Sorry you were not able to purchase this vehicle. Overly satisfied first time buyer

I was a first time buyer shopping around I called Auto Source and began to ask my many questions to Courtney, he addressed all of my questions and I booked an appointment. I arrived to a pristine lot with beautiful clean vehicles. I found my car in a matter of minutes and with Courtney's genuine help and guidance I can surely say that I am a proud owner of a new vehicle and enjoyed my experience immensely.
