Purchased a SUV from them. While checking it out i noticed a "oil" like stains on the underside. I was assured that a oil change was just done and that was from that, but if there was any problems they would have them fixed no prob. I drove it off the lot and didn't even make it home before having more issues. Popping in the front when turning. Parked for a few and found a puddle under it. I brought it to a mechanic right away and was told that it should have never passed inspection due to safety. Ball joints, cv shaft, and tie rod were just a few of the issues that should have been noticed on an inspection from a dealer. The leaking was not oil. It was the transmission lines. By the time I got it to the mechanic the fluid was almost empty. Called them to let them know and their friendliness turned into the mechanic and myself being liers and not knowing what we were talking about. They did finally agree after going back and forth to pay a small portion of repairs. Very small portion. Couple hundred out of over a thousand. That was just the imidiate repairs. Ive had significant electrical problems. From windshield wipers to back up cam to the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Checked fuses and found some had been pulled. Replaced and still had issues.Oh, AC stopped working on the way home from the dealer too. Found during closer look that it was touched up poorly with paint. They left painters tape still on it and painted over it. Oh and the oil change that had just been done... The dash showed 0 remaining. I was thinking it was an error, but figured better safe than sorry and had it changed. It was sludge. It was never done. I was stuck with this vehicle. Repairs are inevitable, but putting THOUSANDS in to it off the lot should have never happened. Buyer beware anywhere you go. Do your homework. Have a professional look at it BEFORE you buy.

The great thing about buying here is that other than the prices the anxiety that comes with buying is low as well. Nobody hovers over you. You get the time you need with the car on your own.

As a single mother I was nervous to shop alone for a vehicle, as I didn't want to get taken advantage of. They are scammers! I bought a car and it had a transmission problem and they refused to fix it and told me to call the company I have the warranty with to fix it. They are very unprofessional as soon as they get their money they don’t care about you or what happens to the car, my car was leaking coolant and over heating the same day I drove it off their lot, the check engine light came on 2 days after I bought it so that means they just cleared it, the tires were horrible, it was leaking oil, it shudders while I drive it still to this day, it was just bad. Of course after I buy it everyone I know Tells me I shouldn’t have done business with them. Very bad businessmen, if you want a car with all sort of problems then be my guest and buy from them but I promise you if you do buy from them you will have NEVER ENDING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR. They also locked their door when I arrived at their shop because they said I complain too much. They laughed at me on the phone and hung up on me and said they don’t care about my problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER !!!!!!

Called in to Atlas Auto on a Chevy Tahoe. Jared instructed me through the credit app process on their site, and had me approved prior to me even coming in. Still own the truck after a year. Great experience.
