Drove out from Buffalo to purchase a car from Jared at Atlas Auto. The process was quick and easy. Left with a great deal. Could not be happier!

Purchesed an SUV from them. While test driving it I made mention of what looked to be a leak. They assured me the oil was just changed and it must be from that, but if i had any problems they would fix it. Got the vehicle home and noticed popping in the front and clear evidence of a leak on the ground. I brought it to a mechanic and found 2 leaking transmission lines and both ball joints were bad to the point of not safe to drive. I called them and they told me their mechanics would never miss that and basically the mechanic was trying to rip them off. They refused to pay for all the fixes so i had to pay a significant amount to repair the car. They wanted their mechanic to do the repairs, but if that person missed as much as whats wrong with it than I would not trust them to do anything further with the car.

Family went in and test drove a truck, wanted to buy, paid for it, and came out to not a v6 but v8 truck and completely different truck then what was test drove...

We bought car car thru Atlas last year when we added an additional to our family. We got a great deal then and have had no problems with our van so when we needed another new car we came back to Andrew at Atlas. He found us a great suv for a great deal and financing also. I was able to get my car the very next day and I love it!

Ill start out by saying most of the time no matter where you buy a used car, it can be a scary trip. Weather its at a big time car dealership or simply a small used car lot on the strip, or off the beating path its kinda like playing the lottery "hey ya never know". you hear war story after war story, witch makes the process that much harder, especially when your a women. My daughter needed a car, as hers was on its last legs and would not pass state inspection and on top of it all as a mother of two (cutest grand girls ever) just saying, raising them for 19 yrs her credit was far from stellar. So she researched and found a used car dealer that helps people with not so good credit, and ended up at Atlas Auto in Rochester NY found a cool looking 05 Impala. Now me being a mechanic for over 40 yrs and used to own a gas station back in the day, my daughter wanted to break out and do it all on her own and dear old dad was on the back burner. She rolled in with this awesome car and told me about her experience with Atlas Auto, I was good with the fact that she got a good deal as well as someone out there willing to take a chance on someone with not such good credit. So for that I thank them for helping my girl. A little less than 2 months went by things were good until one day I got a call that her car had over heated, so I towed to my buds shop found the leak and found out it was gonna be somewhat of a costly repair. so i checked her mileage and in NY you have 60 days or 3000 miles as a used car warranty, she was slightly over on her mileage so I was on my own, so I thawt. I said why not go see these cats at the dealer and see what they say all they can say is no and tell me to take a hike, and my feelings wont be hurt at all. After a talk with them they said take it get it fixed and they would see what they could do. I was shocked that even cause the car was out of warranty they still at least entertained the idea of me even coming back with a bill. Got the repairs done cars running like a champ stopped by to see Jared at the dealer, the car needed a couple more things to make It rite, over and above the first price i gave them so i really was just maybe looking for a little help on what we first talked about. That's when i was blow'n away after a short talk with Jared and the rest of his team he wrote me check for better than half the bill, over and above what we discussed at first.I'll say Jared and the rest of the cats at Atlas Auto went over and above the call of duty stepped to the plate and took care of not only my daughter in selling her a good car, but dear old dad as well. People need to realize when you buy a used car things could happen, and when they do no matter where you buy a used car I hope your treated with same respect and decency that Jared and the cats at Atlas Auto gave me.My daughters happy and so is dad. I want to thank them cats over there for taking such good care of my daughter in her first "with out dad trip" Ya'all left me with that "Warm and Fuzzy feeling" in the used car buying experience, this needs a word kinda like the word of the day on sesame street It was the "Bomb Diggity" thanks agian!!!!!!!

Went in with a specific car in mind that I had seen on the website. Was able to take it home a few days later. The sales team isn't pushy like some other dealers and they really can finance everyone! I can't thank Jared and his team enough. They really go above and beyond in my book. Love my car and when it's time to get a new one I will definitely be heading back to atlas!

I couldnt of been happier with my overall experience, The Jeep Grand Cherokee was very clean inside and out, the price was the best around rochester and they have plently of cars to choose from. I was very happy with the quick and easy purchase for my daughter. I would tell anyone thats looking for a good used car to use Atlas auto.

Was looking for a car fresh out of College and came across this dealership with its sparkling reviews all over the place but the experience of trying to buy a car from them was anything but that. Test drove their car and had no issues at all during the test drive but as soon as I said I wanted to purchase it the problems arose. There was a check engine light that went on right off the lot even though it passed inspection, vibrating from the exhaust and the door molding was loose. Each time they said they would fix the car but none of the problems went away. I had to go to my own mechanic to get the problems fixed and the dealership refused to cover the major costs that the car needed to be replaced. They fixed the check engine light at their cost but it is now back on a week after their "fix" The mechanics these guys use will either hinder their business or don't care about actually fix the problems. This doesn't even take into account they gave my father and I a hard time when they didn't pay off the car I traded in until a month after purchase and multiple phone calls. The people might be nice but the mechanics and the way they handled the car situation was poor.

I stumbled onto their website and found they had quite an inventory. When i went in the next day, one of the owners spent quite a bit of time with me to help me determine which vehicle would best suit my needs. I didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. which is very valuable when buying a car. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in the past, but these guys really made the whole process simple. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received, Overall, a really great car buying experience. Thanks Guys!

We walked into Atlas Auto on a fine day overlooking the inventory available. Gary was extremely helpful and allowed us to look up as much as we liked. Being international students he comforted us with the process and price. We liked the car so much we ended up buying the car with a down instantly! Undisputedly one of the nicest dealers in town. Thumbs up Gary and Atlas Auto! I am coming soon to meet you again for the warranty :)
