Hertz Car Sales Philadelphia

I really wish I would've came here sooner, when they say no haggle, no hassle they mean it. They literally went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. I gotta give it up to Lambert and Preston. They made it happen for me, they worked with what I had and I couldn't be happier!! I've been to several dealership and they are definitely one of a kind!!! Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I bought my car on May 10, 2014... it is now July 26, 2014 and I have already needed to replace the battery for the car and now it has to go to the shop again because the check engine light came on and it shakes while idling and it is not going up hill. I called Hertz and they did not offer an apology or anything to make it right. I spoke to Loreal Jefferson who sold me the car... and she did not offer to do anything to help the situation. I will NEVER buy a car from here. My only saving grace is that I bought the warrenty... otherwise, I would be going after this place legally.

Had the car I was looking for at a very competitive price. Service from the staff at Hertz was great. Very straight-forward, no pressure and efficient. Would purchase from here again.

Hello, I would like to commend my Sales Person Loreal. I must admit I had reservations about buying a car from Hertz . I was very wrong and she really educated me on certified pre-owned vehicles. I would recommend Hertz and Loreal to anyone. I felt so comfortable there with the whole experience. She was great at helping me find the perfect car by printing out all my selections with all vehicle info. The Financing Manager was great also. I actually went to 3 locations after that but my experience with Hertz and Loreal is what brought me back. I am very happy with the vehicle and appreciate the way I was treated.

I just bought a used car from here the other day and I am extremely pleased! They had a nice selection of used cars and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Loreal helped me get all of the information I needed for the car I was interested in purchasing and was very friendly. I walked in at about 7, and by 9 I was leaving home in my new car! They made the entire process quick and simple and Preston was extremely helpful about financing. This is the first car I have ever purchased, but I would recommend this dealership and excellent staff to anyone I know in the market for a car. Not to mention the car was in excellent condition for having 50K miles on it and being a previous rental car. I found only a minor blemish on the bumper, but the interior and exterior were flawless besides that.

Loreal Jefferson is a awesome sales rep she made it a walk in the park for me Being as tho this was my first time buying a car. She made me feel welcome and help me every step of the way. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would have walked out of there with a car. I really enjoyed the experience with everybody that works in the Hertz facility. I will recommend family and friends to check out hertz if they're looking to purchase a vehicle. A few months after me taking over the lease on her 2012 Camry, My 86 year old mother decided she still wanted to drive. We did "rent to buy" on a 2013 Elantra, Mom was happy with it - easier for her to deal with then the Camry.Lambert Walker was our sales person - He was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant and easy as he could for me and my mother.Love the no haggle pricing.....Car was 3 to 4 thousand less then asking price of same thing on the other dealers websites. Car had some minor blemishes - but I think it was a good value for the price.Would recommend Hertz and Lambert to anyone looking for a car and no hassle experience.
