I had an issue with one of my visits for service and I brought it to Mr. Young’s attention. He responded quickly, professionally and rectified the situation above my expectations. I believe he will strive to make sure that every effort is made to not have this situation happen again to myself or any other customer of headquarter Hyundai.

I Really appreciated the help of Jorge, Chris & Christian. They were all very helpful, patient & understanding of all my questions! lol but what better way to learn on both ends then questions huh!? Thank you guys all very much💜Ultimately Christians patience & no pressure attitude is what made the sale.. I felt calm throughout the transaction & having that feeling is important to me..I was going to go back and purchase from Toyota, but im glad i didn't. Christian didn't give me everything i wanted but none the less he negotiated & worked down pricing to where i believe we both were happy. Finance dept was the worst experience. Rude, not informing. The manager emailed me to apologize and said he would call me. He never called. Wish I took my business elsewhere.
