Bought a 2011 Chevy Express at Hershey's. They gave me a very good deal with no high pressure! After a week there was a problem with the fuel pump, they took it in to their repair shop and repaired it right away. A good bunch of honest and stand-up guys! Would definitely give them my future business and recommend them to anyone!

My family has been doing business with this dealer for 20 years and have never considered changing. They are completely honest about the condition of their vehicles, their prices are fair, their trade-in policy excellent. No hidden charges, what they quote is what you pay. On the very rare occasions that a vehicle had a problem they immediately took care of it. I rely on them completely, and recommend them without reservation.

I was interested in the van that was being offered at an excellent price. However I was cautious since they were out of state. None of my emails were answered promptly, and the last email was not answered at all. Decided not to chance it and will continue to look elsewhere.

I purchased my 2016 Ford Transit Wagon XLT 150 from Hershey's Auto Inc. in Monroe, NY. The van had less than 10000 miles on it and looks brand new. Hershey's beat the next closest used van by $5000 and they were better than the purchase price of a new van by $10000 (even after Ford's standard discount incentives). The van I was looking for was very specific. I wanted a passenger van with the short wheel base and a medium roof. Hershey's had the van on their lot and it was nicely equipped with the XLT package. The factory tinted windows are very important on a passenger van. I negotiated the deal on the phone with Joel. The price was exactly as Joel stated when I arrived at the dealership. Solomon picked me up at the bus station (I travelled in from Boston, MA). Hershey (the owner) personally thanked me for my purchased and followed up on any questions that I had. I was able to drive the van home with New York temporary plates.

The staff is extremely pleasant, patient, courteous, and helpful on every count. Above all, they are honest, and care about the safety of you, and your satisfaction with your purchase. These wonderful people went the extra mile for us, and we were blessed beyond measure. If you are looking for a place to purchase a car, I highly recommend them. We drove a couple of hours one way just to get there, and it was worth every second, and every penny.
