I was very pleased with this dealer. We were nervous to buy out of state. This dealer however walked us through the process very easily and confidently. Would recommend them if you want a good price on a good car and are not concerned about the appearances of a big name dealer.

Terrible experience. The dealer ignored my email about not contacting by phone. I went to look at the car and it was not there. Nobody in the building would acknowledge my presence. I'll buy elsewhere.

Easy to contact. Courteous. Professional. After visiting several Chevy dealerships, researching certified used Suburbans, I was fortunate enough to find Hershey's via Cars.com. If they have a vehicle you are interested in, it is likely worth your time to contact and deal with this company. From my 1st phone conversation with the internet sales manager, to closing the deal with Hershey himself, I was more than pleased. There was no pressure and 100% disclosure and honesty. I purchased a great vehicle at a very fair price with no headaches or frustration. At the very least, consider to make the trip to Monroe to visit Hershey and his staff, you will likely be pleased. I recently purchased a vehicle with Herschey and had an excellent experience. I was contacted immediately after sending my interest in the vehicle via email and was able to test drive the vehicle on short notice. They even washed it for us before test driving it. I mainly dealt with Herschey throughout the process but his staff is very professional and easy to deal with. You won't be disappointed with Herschey and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was using Cars.com, and I found a 2011 Ford Expedition EL XLT listed by Hershey's Auto Inc. I contacted the dealer, and working with Hershey, Shneur, and Joel, my family and I found everyone to be welcoming, helpful and easy to work with! They made us feel comfortable, and gave us all of the information asked for about the vehicle - and more! After our test drive, we knew that we wanted the car, and the staff did everything that was possible to "make it happen"! They immediately worked with me on pricing, financing, and every single issue with the car was addressed quickly - even though they were minor (as the car was Beautiful - As Advertised)! Hershey even went above and beyond - because he wasn't happy with a few things! He replaced the windshield, and all tires with new top quality items! He then had the car professionally detailed! When I picked the car up, it was Perfect! This dealer and his staff know how to treat customers! I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for Exceptional Service, Attention to Detail, and Customer Satisfaction!
