Extremely satisfied!

My husband and I are so happy we decided to do business with Clay Cooley off of Airport Fwy in Irving. Everyone was so nice and professional. Alex Barakat really went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend you go in and ask for Alex! We are in love with our new 2017 Dodge Ram. We are so happy to be apart of the Dodge family.

Purchased new jeep

Good helpful sales staff; plenty of cars to chooses from on site. Sale was straight forward. I would purchase here again. Getting license plates were slow however. Customer service on phone could be improved.

Bought used Compass

We went in to Look at a used Mazda but also had a Jeep we wanted to look at at another dealer. The Mazda didn't pan out so Zach started to show us Vehicles that better fit our needs for a college student vehicle. We really liked Zach because he honestly wanted to find us a good fit. Once we decided on a Compass, he was able to work with management to pull a list of vehicles to choose from. It took 2 days (Friday night, into Saturday afternoon) to land on the right car, but that's only because we had such a good selection to choose from. The manager was also helpful in the negotiation process and didn't apply the typical pressure tactics of used car sales. I recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used or new car.

This is the worst dealership. Bad customer service no experience . Just quick to take your money ..my whole family has bought cars from clay Cooley dealerships and me also but never will I go back again to clay cooley.. lost a customer for life..

Amazing experience at the Clay Cooley!

Everyone here was extremely helpful and so kind. I browsed around and dabbled in a few of my options, once I decided what vehicle I was interested in a very nice concierge by the name of Hilda, I believe it was.. mentioned the rather astonishing features of this specific model. I was very impressed and realized some things about the car I didn't even know were there. Needless to say, I enjoy doing business with these guys.

No answers - no payoff

I purchased a car three weeks ago and paid off half the amount of the new car, yet they still have not paid off my trade (less than 1/4 the amount of the down-payment). They had no problem cashing the down payment check the next business day, but they have not paid off my trade in over 22 days. I have called the dealership twice a day, and have never received a call back from my sales person, Chris Carter, or the first finance manager I spoke with, Sean. If I get someone on the phone, they tell me they're "working on it" and that they "haven't been able to get details from their finance department." That is beyond scary. I am still paying car payments on a car that has not been in my possession for almost a month. Never do business with this dealership.
