I just recently purchased a car from them and I really feel like I got a great deal on a great car. Also, due to a little prep work online I was in and out in under 2 hours for the fastest most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had.

We were happy with the car sales person(Art),very helpful and friendly.We were very pleased with this company and the people that work there.

We found a vehicle online, filled out the credit application, and were approved within a couple of hours. We made the trip from Findlay, they had all of our paperwork ready to go. After we test drove and accepted the deal on the vehicle, we were done within 30 minutes. GREAT customer service!!

Bought a Chevy Silverado from them recently and this was by far the fastest buying experience I have ever experienced. Mind you I have purchase cars from Hatfield, Bob Boyd, Legacy Automotive but none of them were as polite and down to earth as the team at Auto Palace. I have already recommended them to my friends so I am also going to recommend them to you! If your looking for a used lot that doesn't carry trash and has good prices without even needing to haggle... go see what they got!

We didn't have much time to find a truck before my boyfriend had to leave for an out of state job and had a horrible experience earlier that day at a lot. As soon as we walked onto the lot at Auto Palace we found the truck we had been looking for and Scott and Art did everything they could to make sure that we left that day with a truck. They are awesome and telling everyone to go there! Thank you for a great experience. We are so in love with our new truck.
