Saleswoman Erin Reese was so sweet and helpful to me, she worked to get the best vehicle to meet my needs, AND got the price down to within $45 of what I had requested! Ms. Javita also, was very sweet and kind, and helped me sell my car at maximum value, and kept in amazing communication with me throughout the process! The finance officer; Justin Johnson, was so professionaland kind, and worked to get me the lowest APR I’ve ever had on a vehicle, and an absolutely incredible GAP coverage package for only $30 a month on top of my car payment. Talk about the trouble it’s going to save me, should I need to replace, or fix anything! I’ve been going to this dealership for years, and I will definitely return with this wonderful crew. They were fully transparent, truthful, and so helpful to me. Even the guys who are out and about in the car lot, are just so wonderful. I had an amazing experience, the whole purchase experience only took three hours which is almost unheard of (especially on a Labor day holiday). Everyone I came into contact with was sincerely kind and welcoming. I’ve been a customer of this dealership for years, and will continue to do so. Regarding selling my used vehicle: Miss Javita had excellent communications with me while I looked to sell my Mustang GT. She was very kind, and helped me sell my Mustang (on the dollar for the quote I received) To Five Star Ford. She provided an appointment for me within 30 minutes of my speaking to her on the phone which was incredible. She also acted as a concierge for me, by asking if I was looking for a used or new vehicle and identifying the type of vehicle that would best suit my needs when I was unsure. Miss Javita then put me in touch with a wonderful saleswoman, Erin Reese. Regarding my new vehicle purchase: Miss Erin Reese was very kind and helped me by having vehicles ready for me to test drive; picking out an SUV and a truck that she thought would best suit my needs and my budget. She didn’t force me into something that I would not be able to use, she also worked to get me within $46 of my requested price which is incredible. She worked very quickly and helped me in such a short amount of time basically an hour or so which is rare at a dealership during a vehicle testing experience. I did not feel pressured by her and I felt that she was very transparent with me as to what the prices would be based on model. Regarding the financing process: Mr. Justin Johnson, was so kind and professional and worked to get me the lowest APR I have ever had on a vehicle. He also helped me secure an incredible GAP plan so that I don’t have to worry about spending large quantities of money in the event that I need to make a vehicle repair or replace a tire. Mr Justin very much provided me with a VIP experience and explained everything to me with full transparency. He worked to provide me with the lowest payment I could possibly get, which was incredible considering my credit score. He gave me some amazing discounts for military and first responder and double check the numbers on the sale of my Mustang to make sure that I was getting the best possible deal and that my vehicle would be totally paid off in the sale process. I honestly couldn’t imagine doing business with any other dealership. I began business with them by taking my patrol vehicle to get it serviced by this dealership, and my agency was so impressed with them that they decided to have the entire fleet serviced by Five Star of Stone Mountain. Overall, I was able to get in and out of the dealership in less than three hours on a Labor Day holiday. Everybody I came into contact with including the gentleman out in the vehicle lot were so kind offering to help me if I needed it and asking if I was being helped. The employees make the dealership and I am very grateful for all of their kindness and help including the follow-up messages and calls I’ve been receiving asking if I was happy with everything. I definitely recommend 10/10.

Unfortunately I am not a happy customer, we test drove a 2026 Maverick hybrid and the processed a 2026 Eco boost , I have never owned a hybrid before and wasn't sure on how it would perform, I called several times stating the car was not as quiet as the test drive and the gas mileage was between 18 - 22 miles per gallon , when I brought the truck in the answer was by mistake I received an Eco boost . Well things happen but their solution for this issue is lacking
