    DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, WOMEN! actually, NO ONE should spend their money here. SMH. I was in the market for a car, and My salesman has a desk near... MIKE SANDERS. I assume he's a sales manager. He must be, because the NASTY, VILE, and FOUL LANGUAGE he was using while potential customers sat nearby, he couldn't have been a sales person, he would have been fired a long time ago. He also openly trashed customer's low credit scores like they were dogs! I mean, gee, there are circumstances which lend themselves to people having less than fair credit. is that any reason to demean them? Finally, the last straw was how disrespectful and chauvinistic he was regarding women. once again, i'm sitting RIGHT there, and can hear him! This left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt so uncomfortable. If this is how managers conduct themselves in the presence of customers, imagine what they say about customers when they aren't around. And the poor women who are salespeople... sheesh! how do they survive with a manager like Mike Sanders? I decided to take my business and money to Hennessy Ford. Ask for Crista. She treated me like a human being!

    I love the team at Five Star. I had an issue with my 2015 Mustang. The team was open and honest with me about the issue. Now I have what I've always wanted.... I was blessed to get a 5.0.     From the Service Manager, Jon, to Hunter and Stephanie who showed compassion and empathy after my having gone through a huge ordeal wiped away, at least... for a short time, my pain and helped me to smile while ensuring that my car was taken care of for my long drive back to the north and caring for my safety. Hunter left no stone unturned in his effort to help me to get the car fixed without an undue financial burden together with Stephanie's and Jon's approval. Whether it was a small gesture to getting me a cold soda to a meal and a ride to an imp appointment, it was done with speed and kindness. Eddie worked on my car and made sure it was safe right down to plugging a hole in my tire. His mechanical ability saved me hundreds of dollars due to a bad part affecting another part of my car. Kudos to him also. Please thank you for helping me and when I told my son overseas, he wept. He got so emotional and will thank Hunter and Jon when he comes home on leave next summer. You are all the greatest ever and anyone should be grateful for your kind actions.

    Mr. Haywood, I was nice on my review by not mentioning my other car your service department made mistakes with. But, since you responded I will tell... you. You all replaced the engine in my 2017 Mustang GT because of a knock in the engine while still under warranty. When I picked the car up and drove it less than a mile, I had to turn around and hope I made it back. The engine was barely responding with a loss of power and instruments. Your service people discovered the computer harness was plugged in properly. So I asked if someone test drove the car prior to calling me? The response was no because I didn’t have much gas in it. As a customer having $10k work done on a car, your service person returned a broken car to me because of low gas. Are you kidding me? I should have never come back after that situation. However, I noticed after driving the car for a few days, there was a rattling noise coming from the bottom of it. Because I have rebuilt engines myself, my first thought was loose exhaust clamp, so I brought it back in so your people could fix it. Now, that should have been simple right? Instead, he tells me his mechanic put it up on the rack and the noise is coming from the transmission. And suggested I have the transmission changed since it was under warranty. Wow! New motor and new transmission on a two year old car. Now I’m thinking Ford is building junk. Not willing to be without my car, I took my car to consider when I could take it in for a new transmission. Funny thing happened. I was at work talking a coworker who does mods on cars. He wanted to hear the rattling noise, so I let him. As I say in the car with the engine running, he got down on the ground and looked under car. He said Rob I see your problem, this clamp is missing bolts. I looked and saw the same. Can you imagine what thoughts went though my head this point? So, again I my mustang back to your service and they didn’t even have the bolts in stock. I lost time and gas driving back and forth for service which turned out to be subpar at best. So, to have another car in your service department go through what we experienced lately and told I can’t have a refund, I have lost all respect for your dealership. I will never recommend another person. And I plan to often let my 5000 plus Facebook followers, my Instagram and twitter followers, who follow me because I am a writer and blog radio personality, technology analyst along with owning a food business know that Five Star Ford Stone Mountain is not to be trusted and to question and double check everything they are told.

    Sean Roberts and Co. have to be the most disrespectful employees to ever exist. Ford should be ashamed to have them represent them. Stay Away! I reside... in FL and found the car I was looking for looking at this wanna be Ford Dealership. I had called and had spoken to Sean about being interested in a car that was in transit to their dealership. I put money down to secure the car and Sean, along with the Sales Manager started working on a contract. I told them I wanted to get everything done before I headed up there, So I'd only have to go and pick up my keys. Well that wasn't their plan. They Fed Ex'd me a Fugazi contract and honestly it was insatiable. They seemed like they just wanted to squeeze as much money out of me. They tried again and sent a more moderate contract but didn't include the discount and stuff we agreed I didn't want on the contract. The third time sent a copy of new contract through email and It was good enough to have me drive up almost 9 hours to get the car. This has elapsed over 40 days. Before I made the drive up to Georgia, I had spoken to Sean and reassured him I was going and wanted to know if he needed anything else from me before I left and if everything was good. He straight up lied to me and said All I needed to do was drive up and sign the contract and collect the keys. I got to the dealership and from the moment I walked in, I was treated Unwontedly, Sean Roberts acted like he didn't care if we had driven all those hours to get a car. He was giving us attitude when he had told us the contract expired ten day prior to us arriving to the dealership. He expected us to be happy that he had lied to us when a day prior to us arriving I had asked him if everything was fine. His manager, said they had to resubmit the contract and then we'd see what to do. What was supposed to be easy and quick had turned into a nightmare. The Contract came back worse than ever and they pretty much didn't care that they had screwed us and waited until we drove all the way up here, just to have them blackball me. I neglected the deal and was pretty upset and when I asked why not tell me this before I even drove up here, why the dishonesty, Sean Roberts proceeded to give an attitude and have the audacity to put the blame on me. It's disgusting and untrustworthy. Shocking to see Manager actually want to have this sorry excuse of an employee work for them.I'd recommend you stay away. Five Star Ford Stone mountain don't know how to make an honest deal. They're simply the worst. They didn't care. You'd have better luck winning the lotto multiple times than getting an honest deal out of these wannabes.

    AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Five Star Ford ripped me off and processed my loan for higher than they should have, impacting my interest rate. I was adamant... about only needing $500 gap insurance but they still added other fees to my vehicle and made me sign for them without telling me there would be additional charges. It was closing time and I was rushed through the buying process, so I didn't realize what happened until later. I was told to sign several documents and unaware that I was consenting to $1400 in unwanted charges. Someone offered to take a point off my interest rate since they were dishonest, but later reneged and wouldn't return my calls. I asked them to contact me by email for documentation, but they continued to contact me by phone. I've tried to reach the General Manager Nick Hobbs several times, but never received the courtesy of a response after repeated attempts via phone and email. I received a letter stating to contact Nick Hobbs if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. I thought the least he could do was give me the courtesy of a response when I reached out to him. I strongly encourage buying from somewhere where your business is valued and appreciated. Buying a car shouldn't be a humiliating experience.

    I spoke to manager Chris about battery connector only They immediately went to diagnostic fee for 174 Without putting in the broken connector I begged... for cpnnector first and called my service manager at my dealership back home I am very upset at the way this be was handled and now dealershtxlizec where back home till six Very bad service today Car in shop and no answer They did not even put a 7.00 connector on Very very angry Told Hu ter connector first Now have no car Going to call corporate Monday first thing My dealership manager said that they should have done cheapest route first!!!! They wouldn't.

    I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful... information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away. I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology. My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.

    These folks are terrible. They may not out-and-out lie, but they certainly keep details of the truth out of their conversations. Basically, they tell... you things that do not turn out to be true.
