He was very friendly and kind, and great listener as I explained the issues, didn't make me feel stupid which I've experienced once or twice at other car places. And he really went to bat for me advocating with the warranty company which I know must have been a hassle. My car is in great shape now! So thankful for Anthony and everyone who participated!
