My salesmen, Eddie was so awesome. Jason F. and the accounting lady, Lindsey (really long hair) were super helpful also. The night of and the day after my purchase Eddie made sure i was doing fine. He asked if i had any questions. He told me to let him know and he would help. The lady that helped Eddie and i get the car set up with OnStar was helpful and friendly. The front desk lady was friendly. Days after my purchase i realized how hard the finance people worked to get me into my new car. I started receiving letters from many lenders that denied to accept me. Clearly Kemna did not give up. I left that day with my very first brand new car. I have only had it 45 days and have 4083 miles on it. I have to mention Eddie again, he made the whole experience wonderful. He acknowledged my daughters when they came in and spoke to them, he made us all laugh, and feel comfortable and accepted. Eddie is full of enthusiastic about his job and full of energy. I was his first customer/sale. He had recently joined the Kemna team. My cousin came in a few days later and Eddie sold her a car also. She said she enjoyed him also. Attempted to trade-in a vehicle in on a new one. Like most, I had already done research about the trade-in as well as the vehicle I intended to purchase. To help ensure I wasn't off on my estimated value of trade-in, I took it to a local dealer that offers to buy cars for cash (Traditionally lower than a trade-in value) to see where they were at as well. Kemna's upfront price resulted in a low-ball trade in offer, 6k under the instant cash offer actually. I guess in the event you are not trading in a vehicle, you can certainly entertain shopping here, if you are looking to trade, I would shop elsewhere.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to "test drive" a 2016 Buick Encore we saw on-line and ended up buying it that day and driving it home. Kemna Auto is friendly and attractive place to buy a vehicle. We highly recommend people to check out their inventory. Ask for Kirk Lemon.

My battery was dead and the way the car was parked, we could not get it jumpstarted. I called Kemna and they sent someone out right away with a jump pack and got the car started. I then went to the dealership and they got me right in and replaced the battery. They are very nice and made sure everything was taken care of.
