Second vehicle purchase and both times have been excellent experiences. My wife and were extremely happy with our first purchase , a Mazda 6, and now are loving our Jeep Grand Cherokee. I recently purchased a used 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited with Ultimate package from Josh Williams at AutoDreams in Lee?s Summit, MO. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and was having a hard time finding it for the right price on any of the used car websites out there so I quit looking until my other car broke down on the side of the road. I found this car on cars.com on Monday, we called him to make sure it was still available on Tuesday, and went down to test drive it Wednesday. Josh was busy with another customer when we arrived, but already had the vehicle we wanted to look at pulled up to the door ready for us to test drive it. I fell in absolute love with the pristine condition of the vehicle and it had even more features and upgrades than I thought I could afford with just under 43k miles. Although we came with the intention of buying the vehicle, we did not settle in the least bit. We talked numbers on our trade and he took our trade at the most fair price I think any dealer would have taken it for. He had to finish up with his other customer, but after that, the whole purchasing process was a breeze-maybe an hour and a half total time between test driving and leaving with the vehicle. I had to ask my husband several times if the whole situation was real because any other vehicle we have purchased literally took HOURS upon hours to walk away with where the dealer wasn?t serving anyone else. So far, the vehicle has been nothing short of amazing. I love my ?new? car! Thank you, Josh, for making the whole experience pleasant.

My wife and I had an absolutely AWESOME experience dealing with Autodreams! The facility was clean and well organized and I really liked the layout (vehicles are kept indoors.. especially nice when it's cold outside). Great selection of vehicles to choose from as well. Josh was extremely professional and easy to work with! All of our questions were answered promptly and before we even met in-person, communication was outstanding! Never did we feel pressure like you would at a typical dealership. We decided to purchase a 2016 Dodge and the entire process was quick and easy. It felt like we were in and out in the blink of an eye. Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had! We left with a good feeling and a great deal... I wish I had known about Autodreams sooner. It was very much worth bypassing other/closer dealers for the awesome customer service from Autodreams. We will definitely be back next time we are in the market! Five stars and a thumbs up from us!

My husband and I were quite impressed with the condition and value of the vehicles Josh offered at his dealership, AutoDreams. Josh was extremely patient with our multiple test drives of various vehicles. His friendliness and no pressure sales approach was a nice change from your "typical pushy, insist on acquiring all your information previous to buying" dealers." Prices were very competitive and trade-in value for our vehicle better than most offers. For a smaller size dealer, Josh's inventory is always moving, he offers good financing options and extended warranties if desired as well as sound advice on any make and model. Although we would have preferred to give Josh our business, we ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer since we happened across exactly what we wanted. But, when it's time for a newer vehicle for anyone in our family, we will definitely visit Josh first and foremost and definitely recommend him to friends as well.
