When I first saw the van we wanted to buy was listed at a small dealer, I was happy to have found it, but unhappy that it was with a small dealer. The couple experiences I've had with small dealers in the past haven't been great, so as I read the many 5-star reviews my first thought was that there couldn't possibly be so many people who had such a great experience. Wow, Josh sure earned every one of those 5 stars! Like others have said, he made the experience better than I could have imagined. Others have said he is low pressure--more like NO pressure. And he made a couple promises during the buying process that my other experiences had taught me he wouldn't keep after the sale was finalized. Again, Josh proved those doubts wrong. The floormats in our 3 year old van were in bad shape, so he offered to give us the all-weather floormats from another vehicle that was the same model. He said "you may find that the floormats don't fit how you'd like, and if that happens, call me and I'll take care of it". Again, I've heard promises like this before. But sure enough, when I called a couple days later to ask what he was going to to about this, he simply said "give me the link you found on Amazon and I'll have them shipped directly to you". Later that day, Josh forwarded an email with the shipping information. It's the little things like this follow-through of his promise that made us big fans, and we will definitely return to Josh when its time to buy our next car. We might even use his car-finding service that he offers.

Josh was straightforward and easy to work with. He communicated quickly and made the buying process quick and simple. He was professional and reasonable. He had a very laid-back approach, and so I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed in any way. He took care of a small issue that came up with no questions. I travelled from St. Louis to buy from him and it was worth the trip. Highly recommend.

I have been researching vehicles for just around one year, and after my dad purchased his 2013 Dodge Ram truck from Josh about 3 months ago, he told me that Josh wasn't your stereotypical car salesman, but rather, he was someone he trusted and could depend on to take care of him. I decided to look into AutoDreams after this positive and trusted opinion, and sure enough, I had the exact same experience. I originally went in to look at one car, and after I told Josh it wasn't the one I was looking for, he asked me what I wanted/needed, and he suggested I test drive the 2013 Hundyai Sonata he had out back. I enjoyed it thoroughly, but needed more time to think on my decision and Josh understood that. The next week I contacted Josh again, and a couple of days later I was walking out with keys to my new Sonata, hassle-free. I would highly recommend working with Josh and his team at AutoDreams.

We just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0 from Josh. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Josh is not pushy and does not try to sell you something that you are not interested in. He is not your typical car salesman and thank God for that. Josh even helped us with our financing while he and his family were out on vacatin. Try getting that kind of customer service from one of the bigger dealers. The car was exceptional and looked like it just came off the factory line. We drove almost 200 miles to purchase this vehicle to save a lot of money. There were a couple other similar vehicles that we could have went for but they were no where near as clean as the one Josh was selling. Please don't hesitate to go buy your next vehicle from this dealership. Another thing I noticed about this dealership is that he does not sell old "crappy" cars, all of his cars are newer cars and they were all clean with a showroom shine.

Just bought an Acura MDX from Josh. He is a standup guy and made the whole process quick and easy. There was no stress in the transaction and I saved a couple thousand dollars over the large dealerships. I will be back for my next car. Thank you Josh.

I called the night before to make sure the truck was still available, it was...I drove 2 hours there and spent the night in a hotel, went tot the dealer first thing in the morning, he had the truck ready and waiting for me to test drive, I drove the truck and I have to say the truck was so clean it looked brand new and it was a 2011. very impressed, the buying process was very simple and I drove the truck home within 2 hours of my test drive, very fast service, no sitting around and waiting the entire day. Great buying experience. I will be back and have told all my friends about Auto Dreams in Lee's Summit, Mo....Thanks

Great! Josh is awesome to deal with and buying a car from him was very easy. He was honest with me from the beginning. I told him my bottom line with my budget and he told me his bottom line. We were able to come to an agreement and work out a deal we both could live with. No games or haggling, just very professional and knowledgeable. No pressures at all. I love my car. By far, the easiest, most genuine car buying experience I have ever had. Josh is certainly a brilliant businessman, because he manages to make a profit while providing his customers with the best products, at the best deals, without any gimmicks, hype, or pressure. We arrived at the lot to find the Subaru Forester we messaged about sitting out front, with plates in place and engine running. After a brief introduction, we were free to explore; no running commentary, no pressure, just us and the car. Don't get me wrong, he is extremely knowledgeable about his inventory and he answered all of our questions; from vehicle history, to manufacturing standards from Subaru, and new features we could expect that weren't in our old Forester. Go to any other car lot and you'll be bombarded with salesmen trying to beat any other option, twist out every dime to sign a contract and generally do anything to sell themselves as "your salesman"; but Josh is simply in the business of selling cars. He lets the product, his low admin fees, and great deals on extended warranty options speak for themselves. He was happy to hear we had a great deal on a loan already lined up, and provided information on warranty plans "just in case" they were better than what we had found elsewhere (which BTW they were a LOT better than other options we'd seen). His focus was getting us into a car we would love under the best overall conditions possible. He truly earned our trust and respect. It was worth the drive to work with him.
