Reedman-Toll Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Jenkintown

I have been bringing my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan here for years. I noticed a positive difference in how I was being treated when I called and spoke to Miracle to set up my appointment. The positive attitude was reinforced when I brought my Van in early to find that they were getting everything ready so when the mechanics arrive, they could get right to work. Lastly, my wait time was reasonable and there was no attempt to find potential repairs to upcharge my bill. When checking out, I asked if anything had changed recently. Was informed that they had a new manager, Charles. Seems like he's making changes to make things more customer-friendly. I was very pleased.

Nothing was done. Dropped truck off last night at 3 pm . Had appointment for 8:30 am today . I heard nothing all day so @ 3 pm I called to find out status. No call back . Called again at 330 . Manager said they are just getting the truck on the computer. I asked what time should I pick it up . They told me it would not be finished today they need it for 5 hours. I said u had it for 24. I can’t stand incompetent people. Told him to make sure it’s ready when I get there . Absolutely nothing was completed. Will never buy or service any of my vehicles here again

I had a really great experience. I took the car in for repairs and it took a little longer than expected. They really went above and beyond with their great service. They even gave my Wife and I a free rental for 2 days of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler which was a lot of fun. Nichole was an excellent service advisor that made the process smooth, and The Service Manager Charles was very, very professional and worked with my Wife and I with our busy schedules. The car now runs great, I will always take my Dodge Charger to this location.

My vehicle was not purchased at this dealership, but chose them for repairs because I was not happy with the dealership I did, from the very first day I been very satisfied and happy with the service and members, great customer service even when I call over the phone.
