Truly one of the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. 80% of the deal/sales transaction was done via computer and cell phone. I sent pictures of my vehicle and Angela sent me Gilbert’s offer. My local Ford Dealer, Sunrise Ford of Ft Pierce FL, offered me $27,000 for the trade and Gilbert’s number was over $31,000. Gilbert also does not force any dealer options on a buyer. Sunrise has three different options already applied and charge you $1,400. Between the trade number difference, the lack of any dealer options and $800 in lower dealer fees, I saved $4,700 with my purchase at Gilbert Ford. It was definitely worth the 40 minute drive to purchase my new F350. Angela was really a pleasure to deal with and Lee (sales manager) is a true professional.

Gil (Gilberto)& the girls in the service department treated me like I was family, they took care of everything including the rental car, I had direct communication with Austin the mechanic which is rare anymore he explained a lot of things to me that needed to be done to my vehicle which was done promptly the only delay was Parts ahead to be ordered, my vehicle was returned to me when promised and great running order and clean, I have already recommended this service department to friends of mine and even family and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get great service that can be trusted, I would just like to thank the crew for a nearly stress-free experience, and a mechanic for doing such a great job and not getting my truck dirty thanks again all of you!!
