Buying used is a challenge. Well, not with Frank, he was straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. Frank has low mileage, one owner vehicles which is what I wanted. I was looking for a used Toyota Solara convertible with under 100,000 miles in the tri-state area and after much online searching found a white 2007 Solara with a black top (my first color choice combination) at Frank Krause Automotive. When I first spoke to Frank on the phone I thought he was a little gruff, but I later learned that the more you get to know Frank the more you like him and appreciate his knowledge of automobiles and willingness to go the extra mile for you. Frank is a no nonsense, no billsh*t, tell it like it is kind of guy (I like that). When I went down to see the car Frank spent a lot of time going over the car with me. We took the car for a test drive and then over to a garage Frank recommended to have them look it over. There were no problems. I trusted Frank's choice and later had them do an alignment for me. Frank also recommended someone for me to put new tires on the car at a good price. Frank detailed my car before I picked it up from him and I will continue to have him detail it in the future. I couldn't be happier with my car and would buy another from him in the future. I highly recommend him.

Would definitely recommend Frank Krause to everyone looking for great service, honesty and a great overall experience My granddaughter is thrilled with her Honda Perfect condition and is running great. Will use him again,that's for sure!

Driving by Frank's car lot you couldn't help notice how nice all his cars look. A 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye & I stopped to inquire about it. Took it for a ride & was sold on it. Very clean Jeep(looks new). Frank goes over the car top to bottom with you(we even got under the car for a look). He's very knowledgeable about what he sells. I saw another Jeep with car racks & inquired about getting them & he volunteered to track down a used pair & installed them for me. Great guy !! I highly recommend him & his dealership.
