My service advisor was responsive and kept me updated on
My service advisor was responsive and kept me updated on the status of my car. Surprisingly, the repair was completed before the initial estimated date I was given. The loaner car that the dealership gave me while I was waiting for the repair to be scheduled was also nice. However, at times communication with the dealership seemed a bit inefficient. In one instance, my service advisor had no access/idea of the information I was given by the representative I talked to on the phone nor the information that I had already given the dealership. The information included basic details like car type (make, model, year), the type of repair, and the service cost estimate. (Though, in this specific scenario, Iโm willing to believe that this not necessarily caused by the carelessness of the staff that I worked with, but rather some systematic issue in the dealershipโs record keeping process.) Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at this dealership and certainly will be returning for future service requests, despite a few strange moments.

Our check engine light came on and knew we would need to
Our check engine light came on and knew we would need to go to Mini of St. Louis. Got us right in, fixed the problem, had a loaner car for us, found another issue but one that didn't need service right away. Best thing is they didn't push to fix the problem now like some others do. Great customer service.

Courteous and very friendly staff from intake to being on
Courteous and very friendly staff from intake to being on our way to drive home. Services to be performed along with charges. Very smooth process. Very pleased with all aspects of visit to service department. I requested a loaner at the last minute and was issued one. We left the dept to eat lunch. Obtaining the loaner was seamless. We returned after eating and waited the remainder of the time in the waiting area.
