I had an absolutely fantastic car-buying experience at Culver City Toyota, thanks to the incredible help and professionalism of Jack (Sales Manager) and Alessandro (Internet Manager). With their expert guidance and no-pressure approach, I was able to drive away in a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid SE—a car I’ve had my eye on for a while! From the beginning, Alessandro made the process seamless—quick to respond, and genuinely helpful in answering my questions. He made sure everything went smoothly, from test-driving to getting great financing option with Jack’s help. Both of them were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to making the experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how respectful and efficient the entire process was, just honest people helping you get into the right car. If you’re looking for a new Toyota, I highly recommend Culver City Toyota—and make sure to ask for Jack and Alessandro. You’ll be in great hands!

Omar in finance was passive-aggressive, unprofessional,

Omar in finance was passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and dismissive. His attitude added stress to the process and reflected poorly on the dealership. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Viktor from sales was outstanding—friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the first half of the car-buying experience smooth and pleasant. His professionalism stood in stark contrast to what followed.

Awful experience here particularly with Mo who doesn’t

Awful experience here particularly with Mo who doesn’t keep his word and totally took advantage of me. His manager George is no better, what a shame that I entrusted them. I wish I never had to deal with these liars again.

Switch and Bate!

Switch and Bate! Purchased my car out of state, was told there were 4 new tires mounted in November of 2023, verified by CarFax. However, upon receipt of car, the back to tires were bald! The car only had 4,000 miles on it. The tire shop said the bald rear tires were from Sept of 2022. With the low miles it is impossible that these tires were new. How does any dealer with morals allow a car to be sold in this shape!

Awful.

Awful. Tried to buy a used Corolla. They had a few thousand dollars of crazy add ons that they wouldn’t budge on. Made me wait forever just to counter my ask. No place to park. Waste of time. Ended up buying from toyota autonationin Cerritos who were so nice. I have also bought from Toyota in manhattan beach. All are better. Don’t waste your time at this place.

I feel so taken care of by these wonderful folks!

I feel so taken care of by these wonderful folks! Toyota really took care of servicing my vehicle, working with a difficult situation to repair my lifeline vehicle. They worked on my pricing with such a high level of care and responsibility, taking ownership and being incredibly proactive on servicing my vehicle. It could have literally saved my life. Demetrios really went to bat for me, and I got a loaner in the meantime (my next vehicle will be a Corolla Cross, which I will buy from Culver City Toyota if I can), and the repair work was done magnificently. So happy to be driving my little blue Prius C again. You really get what the best from Toyota: Toyota customer for life!

We spend a lot of money for these people to do simple

We spend a lot of money for these people to do simple maintenance work. I think we can all agree it is a ripoff and overpriced and today I am so frustrated with this dealership because they took 4 times longer than quoted and forgot to do the job I needed done more than anything. Went in to get a smog check and basic maintenance (oil change) they coaxed me into other work and forgot to do the emissions! Argh

These guys at Culver City Toyota are so unprofessional.

These guys at Culver City Toyota are so unprofessional. I submitted a cancellation to an extended warranty and they never got back to confirm receipt or that it has been put through and is in process. Angel Ruiz is the guy who doesn't know how to send an email or return a call. DO NOT buy from this dealership.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Sheldon (who was a recommendation from friend) took days to get back to me with a counter. Once he did and I accepted, he stopped responding. Followed up with his manager Victor who said he would look into it and never responded back. STAY AWAY from this shady dealership unless you want bad customer service.
