Auto Collection of Murfreesboro

So we did a thing. Circumstances caused us to look for a replacement for my wife’s ‘09 Mustang convertible…with a six in it. And it was white. Nice car for what it was. Fast forward almost five months, we/I was searching for a replacement and came across a car that AUTO COLLECTION of MURFREESBORO had advertised. A 2021 Mustang Convertible. The difference between the one ACoM had for sale was, it was a 2021 GT, it was black, had a V-8 and it was #21/50 ROUSH Stage 3 with under 7k miles on it. It took very little convincing for her to fall in love with it. This was the first time EVER buying a car sight unseen. But ACoM had a ton of pictures and documents available online and after a bit of research, decided that if we didn’t move quickly, this rare beauty would be gone. It was a pleasure working with David Smith and Ryan Copeland. The experience was seamless and pain free. They and the rest of the team at ACoM did the four steps of life that I live by. They did WHAT they said they would do, WHEN they said they would do it, HOW they said they would do it…and if they couldn’t, they had INSTANT COMMUNICATION. Well done, Team! This is probably the last car we will ever buy, but if we were to buy again, it would be through Auto Collection of Murfreesboro!

Bought my 2017 GMC Seirra from salesman David Smith. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and professional and absolutely zero pressure. I drove in from Mississippi and Dave had told me he wouldn’t be there when I arrived due to prior engagement but he had given all my information to salesman Pele’ Mcdaniels and he everything under control. The tuck was everything described and then some!!! I was out of the dealership in less than an hour !!! Wow!!! That’s unheard of !!!!I I was totally impressed and I just wanted to thank y’all for your professionalism and honesty. You’ve got my business. Y’all are a five star ⭐️ organization!!!

Excellent, will buy from Carmen Woodall again. Great no haggle price. Had vehicle ready for me when I arrived, after 1.5 hour commute. Was on the road less than 45 minutes. Great dealership.

The whole process has been a pleasure. I talked with Carmen in September and said that sometime in first quarter I would be a buyer. Carmen has keep in touch. I called several weeks ago and said I was ready and gave her a list of what I wanted in the car. 2017/2018 Porsche Carman, blue with tan interior and low miles. Eddie jumped in and found a couple of cars to look at. One car sounded good but did not meet the the service test so we counted it out. Then Eddie found a car in California and we talked and he purchased it. Carmen let me know it would take about 10 days to transport and then get it in their shop to check it out. Carmen then called in this time period and said the car meet their standards and was ready for me to see. Also it was right in the out the door price I was wanting to spend. They were right the car meet all my wants and looks brand new. So when I said I wanted an SUV that drives like a sports cars, this car meets the bill. Thank you Marc

Carmen Woodall and the managers were so helpful on the phone and in person. They made the experience so easy and pleasant. It was very refreshing to deal with a place that treats customers so well, with integrity and fairness. They truly make you feel valued and that they want a continued and established relationship with you. Additional plus is that they have lower dealership/doc fees than most. A big thank you to Carmen and everyone there.

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. There was no haggling. My salesman was David. He was very helpful, patient and he did not pressure me at all. We were able to negotiate a deal that we were both satisfied with. He even checked on me after I left the dealership to make sure I arrived home safely to Kentucky. I highly recommend them. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
