E-Z Auto Finance was single-handedly the best car buying experience that I have had thus far! My car was unexpectedly totaled out by my insurance company and I had spent that past month and a half going from dealer to dealer getting the runaround, poor customer service, and after all that, still no vehicle. I was referred to E-Z in my 11th hour of despair and came in an hour before they closed for the evening. They were friendly and accommodating while showing me the vehicles of my choice and I never felt hassled or pressured to do anything. They readily provided me with the Carfax and answered all of my questions and concerns without the slightest hesitation. Richard made sure that I was set up for success to close my deal in the morning and Chuck finished me off quickly and efficiently without a hitch. I was so impressed that I am literally writing this review as I am sitting here waiting for my new BMW 550i to come back from being detailed so I can take it off the lot!

I'm currently a Soldier at Ft. Benning and found EZ Auto Finance through my USAA app. I connected with Ralph when I initially requested some information online. Ralph was extremely helpful and very responsive in answering all of my before I even made the 2 hour trip to EZ Auto. Upon arrival, Ralph took the time to answer all of my questions and provide excellent customer service. I am a tough negotiator and it took about 4 hours to negotiate our final price. The entire time, Ralph was attentive to my needs and never once seemed agitated with my stubborn position on price. The Manager Alex came out and spoke with me for a while and was also extremely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that all of my car buying needs were met and in the end, I got an outstanding deal on one heck of a car, a great value on my trade in and the overall experience was great. I highly recommend Ralph and Alex to any car buyers in the market.

With USAA the process was simple and easy. Found the car through the car buying service. Took for a test drive. Took to my mechanic to check it out and finalized the deal. Whole process to finalize the deal and be out the door was less then an hour
