The salesman changed the odometer readings to close the deals. Sold me TWO LEMONS. The first came after a threatened to put there shady ways on the news and the second when the swapped the first lemon for another. Both cars needed major repairs ASAP and the second car had rear doors that didn't even match! Buyers you have been WARNED!

I dealt with Ronnie...I live in Indiana and found a 2012 Mini Cooper S Convertible online. I reached out via their website and was contacted back almost immediately. I bought the car sight unseen, of course I had an independent inspection done, I’m no dummy. *I see people on here saying “took the used car to my mechanic after purchase, said this this and this were wrong...well hello, you have an inspection done BEFORE ANY USED CAR PURCHASE!*. At any rate, I had The lemon squad out to inspect the mini, they said it was in great shape, sent THAT report to MY mechanic here in Indy, he gave me the green light and that was that! I had the car deal done and the car shipped to me in under a two week time frame! Ronnie went above and beyond for me. He went out and checked certain options that I didn’t see listed, he was quick to respond to my texts or calls every single time! He was pleasant and funny and super easy to deal with. I wish ALL car dealers were like him. NOT pushy, super helpful and was excited for me to get the Cooper! He even text me to make sure it arrived then called me to let me know where he’d put all my paperwork inside the car. I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. I felt like Ronnie really went above and beyond for me! The 2012 Mini Cooper S I purchased was priced lower than most with all the options It has, in accordance with the mileage. That being said, it is a USED car, so of course the first stop it had was to my mechanic and I had him check it out with a fine tooth comb. This was a second car for me, so I had them fix anything that they found that ‘may cause me problems in the future’....there were a few minor things, but nothing of great concern. I’m just proactive and told my mechanic ‘fix it up like your teenage daughter would be driving it”.... All in all I had a GREAT experience with EZ Auto Finance and would definitely do business with them again...and thats saying something considering I live hundreds of miles away!

I just got a car from them on MONDAY 7/16. THE SALESMAN RALPH WAS SO BUSY FLIRTING THAT HE FORGET TO TELL ME THIS CAR WAS A PIECE OF CRAP, AS SOON AS I PULLED OFF THE CAR BEGAN TO SHAKE, DURING THE TEST DRIVE AND LET ME REMIND U, HE JUMPS IN THE CAR TO INSURE I DIDNT DRIVE OVER 50-60 MILES CAUSE IF I DID I WOULD'VE SAW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON, ANYWAY HE DIDNT TELL ME THAT THE EMISSIONS ON HERE WAS FALSE AND THAT THE CAR NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION AND THAT THE BRAKE SYSTEM IS BAD SO IF I DRIVE THE CAR I CAN BASICALLY KILL MYSELF, I TOOK IT TO TWO MECHANICS AND THEY BOTH SAID THE SAME THING. THEY ENSURED ME THIS WAS A "GREAT CAR" AND WHEN I ASKED WHY IS THE CAR SHAKING RALPH LYTLE SAID ITS BECAUSE THE TIRE HAD A BUBBLE AND FOR ME TO REPLACE IT, I WENT TO BUY A TIRE WHICH WASN'T NEEDED AND FOUND OUT MY ROTOR WAS BURNING HOT, SMOKING DUE TO MANY PROBLEMS INCLUDING MY CALIBER NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE COMPANY IS REFUSING TO FIX MY CAR BUT LITTLE DO THEY KNOW THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG WOMAN, NOT ONLY DID I GET MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED I ALSO CONTACTED MY BROTHER IN LAW WHO WORKS FOR CHANNEL 2 NEWS. NO ONE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL EITHER. ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY, WHAT THEY'VE DONE IS ILLEGAL. INSTEAD OF LETTING ME LEAVE AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE SOMEONE WOULD ACCEPT MY SITUATION AND GIVE ME A RELIABLE CAR, THEY SOLD ME A PIECE OF CRAP AND RUSHED ME TO SIGN PAPERS.. I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THEM

Terrible place to buy a car from. I went here to buy my son his first car. They told me everything was good with the car but when I took it to my local dealership to look over it the suspension was shot. I immediately called them back to cancel the transaction and bring the car back, but they said they wouldn't take the car back even though I had just purchased it a few hours earlier. This is a very poor place to buy a car from, with low morals and standards. Read my review and take my word do not buy a car from this dealership.

Pre purchase inspection is a MUST by YOUR personal mechanic. Buyers be aware of PREDATORY LENDING. They will make the deal sound like it fell from the sky.
