Sales and service on 4 vehicles over the past 11 years - Came in for service, drove away in a new vehicle!! Staff is always welcoming upon arriving, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, no pressure to purchase, like the texting feature to pick and choose the services that are offered/needed, all questions asked were answered. Joe Beal explained every feature on the car and repeated many time don't hesitate to call if I had questions or concerns about the new vehicle, he was extremely patient when were couldn't pare my phone with the app, made a phone call direct to Nissan and got the issue straightened out. He was polite and courteous to the CSR on the phone too. Thought my trade in was very fair, Steven Bishop explained about my new lease payments, what to expect, when to expected it, how to make payments. And Ed Haire, he treated me as if I was family, when we spoke. Drove off the lot a very happy lady!!
