The gentleman who checked me in was just short of being
The gentleman who checked me in was just short of being rude. He said nothing to me and grunted that it would take an hour and twenty minutes. I have been coming there for service for over a year and never been dismissed in this way. The gentleman who checked me out was far more professional and appreciated.
