The folks at Lee Nissan are fabulous. They immediately checked me in and explained exactly what to expect. Since it was early AM, their shuttle staff took me to a nearby fast food place to get a little breakfast to tide me over until the repair was completed. Even washed the car before they returned it! Thank you Lee Nissan!

I was greeted immediately, they checked me in , I waited for my car , they provided drinks and snacks, while I waited, they gave me continuous updates on where my car was in the maintenance process, the service representative came by and checked on me, and before I knew it my car was completed, service was quick and easy and I signed the paperwork and was on my way

Our Nissan was recently serviced for several items needing fixed. Everything seems to be operating great. We were assigned a new tech rep, Benny Sledge, who replaced Robert Smith, when Robert took a new job. We loved Robert and were so sad to hear he was gone, BUT, we are happy to say, that our new tech, Benny, did not disappoint! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! We are very pleased! Thanks, Benny!
