Another routine semi annual maintenance, staff (Malachi) once again was professional and courteous. Wait time was quite reasonable and a quick turnaround. Cost was a bit more than I anticipated, but good to get items up to date.

The dealership listened to my needs and wants, and managed to truly show they value their customers and got us exactly where we wanted to be. Malachi McNeal was very professional and helpful as I scheduled a laundry list of items. He went 1 by 1 and ensured our notes matched. He was extremely communicative while the vehicle as being serviced and set up pick up shuttle seamlessly! Upon picking up my vehicle, he gave me a detailed recap and walked me to my vehicle. THIS is what customer service looks like, a lost art these days!! Well done!!
