I brought my vehicle in bc it was shutting down . They over week to diagnose it. They said it was a transmission problem. Car stayed there almost 2 weeks. After paying a sizeable sumfor the transmission and other services the car had the same issue of shutting down again. I called and texted back re the problem. I called the manager and he did not return my call.

I made an appointment online , got there a little early. Prompt service and I love my pathfinder….the mechanic explained 2 things that I should do pretty soon and I will. Very easy & efficient. AND they washed my exterior!

They followed up on Monday after I sent a request via email on Sunday. Greeted at the door and had vehicle ready for a test drive. No dealer markup on the vehicle (Nissan Z). Gave whI was asking for my trade in. No surprises throughout process.
