Lee Nissan outdid themselves again. I bought my sons first car from Lee Nissan (my 8th in 12 years from them). Fast and professional car buying experience. Car developed an issue a few days later but tbe service department took care of everything. Will def get car #9 from Lee Nissan.

Too many fees added on that weren’t mentioned until very end, car headliner damaged but they wouldn’t allow me to swap car for same model. Too pushy trying to sell aftermarket protection plans.

We are sorry that the purchase process left you with concerns about the final pricing and the condition of the vehicle. The additional fees and aftermarket protection options should have been clearly explained, and we are also concerned to hear that you were not allowed to switch to another vehicle of the same model after noticing the headliner's damage. From arrival to leaving with my 2027 Z took a very short 3 1/2 hours. Test drive and all. Sales to finance worked with me to make it happen. Very pleased.
