Bad service after the sale!

There was a mix up on the first set of papers, loan papers. It's been over a month, I still haven't received them. I've called the sales person 3 times, texted him twice. I've left four voicemails, for the finance department, nothing! Now, after having this car for barely one month, the ( maintenance light is on) I've called everyone again, plus I've called the service department to find out if I really do need to do this or ... hopefully no one reset the lights?? I don't know about this dealership, but they will do anything for a sale but once that sale is over, they want nothing more to do with you! I hope all dealerships aren't like this but who knows...

2016 Jennifer Hart salesperson

Jennifer Hart omited the veterans discount. Going thru old paperwmork. Probably in a great hurry. Not sure why the lack of thoroughness. Don't know why.

Certified vehicle with a transmission leak

This car dealership is a fraud. They sold me a car 1 week ago and the transmission blew after driving the car for 1 day. I have tried to contact them with zero responses. I was stranded on the side of the road and have NEVER received a call back. I bought a certified car that had a gasket leak in the transmission that they repaired with silicone. Yes, silicone. This is not an appropriate fix for a gasket leak and would have been caught by a certified inspection. This was a fraudulent sale and you should never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They can not be trusted.

Great dealership to buy from

Great service. Great customer service and the staff is amazing. Mr Marty made my experience there amazing. The finance manager Steve was very understandable and the finance easy. They care about their customers and their needs.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I bought a 2018 Mazda CX-5 from Tyler here in April and I didn’t receive the ownership paperwork necessary to register the car until July. I paid late fees to register my car because no one at Lee Nissan FWB knows what they’re doing. They’ll thank you for giving them job security while you’re in the showroom but then mess up literally every step of the buying process. Go literally anywhere else.

I enjoyed my car buying experience.

My salesman Brian did a great job! I started my search online and from the moment I requested info on a car, Brian gave me the best service. He made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted in terms of my purchase and he did everything in his power to make it happen. He was completely honest and upfront about everything and he really worked hard for me. He worked extremley well with my budget, and i got the car that i wanted on the first try!

Best Nissan Dealership On Emerald Coast

After my 2008 Nissan Sentra was totaled, my husband and I found a replacement at Lee Nissan. From the moment we stepped onto the car lot, we were given professional care by the sales team including Mike Gardner and Courtney Brower. We couldn't have asked for a better deal, a warmer atmosphere, and a team who met all our needs. Thanks to Lee Nissan, my family feels whole again with our new Nissan Rogue.

Lee Nissan is the best Nissan dealership in Florida! Not only do they deliver exceptional customer service, they offer up front pricing well below their fellow competitors in the Florida panhandle. Also note, they do not add an "addendum" sticker to their MSRP price like other Nissan dealerships in this region. That alone makes their price approximately two thousand dollars below their competitors. But they don't stop there. They also inquire as to other incentives that you may qualify for to get you the best possible price out the door, unlike their competitors which require YOU to ASK for possible incentives, well knowing that you already qualify. Up front lowest pricing, friendly sales staff, exceptional customer service...Lee Nissan, you've earned a customer for life! Thanks for an outstanding buying experience!
