5-Star Imports

In the past, we have often purchased cars outside of central Indiana finding much lower prices. However, we found a terrific used car at 5 Star Imports and the price couldn't be beat by anything I looked at online. Also it was nearby and not a large dealership which we appreciated. There were a couple of issues on the car which were taken care of with no additional cost. We will definitely use 5 Star again in the future!

I wanted to buy a used car and in my area. Went to 5 star first because of their price on certain vehicles I saw other places for 1000s more. Glad I did, they worked out the deal for a monthly price I could afford. Great buying experience. Definitely worth shopping here!

Great dealership with great people, the sales person "Nick" the owners Hakan and Ray, they were very helpful in the entire buying process, I really enjoyed buying the car from them. This is going to be my future dealership as well.

We went in to buy a used Volvo wagon. Ended up test driving and loving a 2013 Subaru Forester. Price was 1,000's less than anything else we could compare it to. The whole process was exceptionally easy. No hassle, no pressure, no up-saling. They even put the Forester on one of their lifts so I could examine the under carriage.

This dealership is very welcoming to all customers. I felt right at home from the moment I stepped in the door. All the sales guys are great! It was wonderful getting to know the owner Hakan. And I had an exceptional experience working closely with my sales associate, Ray! I can honestly say they went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They also work closely with the person, who referred me to them, Michael MacDonald, who does a lot of the financing through Credit Union First in Nobelsville, IN. If your skeptical at all, don't be, I can assure you that this place of business will exceed your expectations. If you are interested in any of their vehicles, don't hesitate. Customer service is high on the list of values for this auto dealership. Nick was a personable, low pressure salesman that offered good advice and patience. Hakan was able to get financing that met our needs and provided friendly personal service. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I would definitely check here again when in need of a car.

The team at 5 Star really know how to make car buyers feel at ease. This was my first and will not be my last time I purchase a vehicle from a smaller dealership. Why did I EVER purchase a used vehicle at a "Large" dealership?!? The larger dealerships always make you feel uncomfortable and are very pushy. My experience with Hakan at 5 Star was the complete opposite! My schedule was the same business hours as 5 star. I really appreciated that when I was initially interested in the vehicle, someone from the 5 Star team stayed after business hours so I could take a look at the vehicle. My credit is not the best, but Hakan went out of his way to get me the best bank approval. He was able to get me the lowest rate I have ever received from any other dealer. The team at 5 Star are there to make anybody's car buying experience the best possible. Thank you for making my vehicle purchase a smooth and successful transaction.

My fiance and I went to 5 star Indy Auto in October 2015 looking for a used car. We bought Toyota Corolla there and we just love it. It was very clean and well maintained and we got it for a good price. The customer service is excellent. The owners are experienced and listened to our needs and recommended the right cars to us and also offered us drinks while we were in the dealership, which I thought was very nice. All in all, they helped us a lot and we are very glad to have bought our car from them. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a clean, well maintained car; they have a very good collection of cars.
